This is definitely not the same establishment that Mr. High ran for forty plus years! During a time that was super difficult, this staff made our experience even harder. They were rude, unprofessional as well as the customer service being totally horrible. This is an example of another Black Owned business that lacks professionalism, empathy and care. Please take some customer service training classes, empathy and etiquette training as well!
