Rented a truck for a local move and this dealer was the closest to my new home. The owners were fantastic and helpful and friendly. Great service. After dealing with them, I can't imagine going anywhere else if I ever need a truck again.

Hidden fees out the wazoo. They say 19.95 to get you & then hit you with a total cost over $60. Then when it’s time to drop off , they expect you to share your location in order to do so , or else they change a $20 convenience fee. Truck was dirty as well as the lot & building. Very disappointed in this location. I chose it because I didn’t want to drive down to Lynchburg , will definitely make the drive next time
