7-Eleven

I visited this location today as I was passing through on my way to Raleigh, NC. I had the pleasure of meeting a beautiful young lady named Jalayla. Probably spelled her name wrong. Sorry.

She was super friendly and very helpful. She greeted every customer with a pleasant and polite tone. Provided GREAT customer service. Thanks

Very quick and prompt service for a good price and I would eat more if I had more time at lunchtime. Gas food and smokes!

The people that work there are nice I got some of the wings and they were good

Awesome customer service

$1.75 a gallon, woo hoo. Road trip home from visiting Joshua. They need to keep all of their pumps working. They only have four and two were out of order.

Restroom out of order. Overall clean. Very friendly folks.

I NEVER give one star for things. I really wanted to give no stars. The person behind the counter said hi to us as we came in the door......so pleasant! We said hi, how are you! She says "what do you need!?" We were like we don't know. Who knows what they're gonna buy in a convenience store!? My daughter went to the bathroom discovered there wasn't any toilet paper. We ask the lady if she had toilet paper for the bathroom, which we shouldn't have to do. She goes "I can't hear you" I repeated myself. She proceeds to say, "just like you received no toilet paper, I didn't receive a hello when you came in the door". I said, "just like you didn't hear me when I asked for toilet paper, you didn't hear us when we said hi. We shouldn't have to ask for toilet paper and we shouldnt be mistreated because you claimed you didn't receive a hello". Ma'am needed to take her medication. Never gonna return. 👎🏾And the bathroom was GROSS.

If you value customer service and basic human decency, please do not shop at this location. My father, a retired Army Veteran went into this location for coffee. He wanted to make sure the coffee was fresh, so he mentioned it to the cashier. Rebecca, who had been sitting in the office, decided to come out and immediately began speaking to him aggressively stating that, “She just made that coffee.” Before my Father could apologize, she then responded with, “It’s common sense.” My father was of course, caught of guard by such a nasty reaction. She then began to get more aggressive, started cursing and letting him know, “She is from Chicago and ain’t going to put up with this.” Before lunging at him and crushing the cup of coffee in my fathers hand, demanding that he leave. Coffee got all over his hands. She did this not once, not twice but three times to him. Leaving his hand red and sore from the coffee.

My father served 20 years in the military and suffers from PTSD. He already has to deal with enough as it is, so this is deeply upsetting that he had to go through this. Despite all of that, he handled himself very well during this blatant attack. The police were notified, but interestingly enough, the camera didn’t seem to catch this happening, as it was in a “blind spot.” The cashier who did witness it all, very quickly stated his didn’t see anything, only heard bickering. I guess the coffee just spilled itself..The manager tried to justify Rebecca’s actions by stating “her fiancé is sick.” Regardless of her situation, she acted in a disgusting manner.

My father, nor any customer should ever have to endure such awful treatment for a simple misunderstanding. Even after everything, Rebecca stood in the parking lot screaming and cussing. I am not sure what the hiring process is like, but clearly they condone this kind of despicable behavior because everyone is treating this situation very lightly. I, however, will never let this go.

The worst 7-Eleven I have ever been into and the dirtiest restroom and the grounds were filthy. Bugs everywhere. Just terrible. I hurried out!!!

Dirty, no sanitizer near gas pumps, no bathrooms
