The preferred higher-end local outdoor gear/clothing store, with custom Yeti tumblers, nice sunglasses, etc. Gets a bit tight with shoppers on the weekends, but it's a mainstay in historic downtown. Not particularly marked up for the name brands they stock.

Bustling busy store with friendly staff. Offers some really well-designed local branded gear and apparel. It’s popular for a reason.

I had the best time with Tom and my friend Andy in this store! I highly recommend you stop here! Tom is one of the most gracious people I have ever met. Even while he recovers from Hurricane Michael, he is open and quick with a smile and warm greeting!

They have the cutest clothing and jewelry selection you could ask for with fantastic name brands. Be ready to spend the big bucks, because it is quite pricey, but they have the best name brands around. They also carry a variety of sunscreen, toiletries, candles, and sunglasses.

Great selection of Men’s & Women’s outdoor gear! …even had shoes. Smaller selection of fly gear and decent amount of flies to choose from.

Apalach Outfitters has high quality brands of clothes and accessories (Patagonia, Vineyard Vines, Southern Tide, etc.) , that go along perfectly with both the weather and the beachy style of the town. Staff is always friendly and helpful.Definitely a must while visiting Franklin County.
