Uptown Suites Extended Stay Miami FL - Homestead

The place I stay at was doing a remodeling so we got sent to stay here for the meantime and it was exceptional.

Friendly staff, great location. The house keeping was awesome, the rooms was very clean when we got in and we kept it as clean as possible not to make the job harder on the cleaning ladies but the entire staff was again super friendly.

The GYM wasn't very big but good enough to get a good workout in. The laundry machines were good but the dryer wasn't very good. A bit overpriced for both really. But that's a minor detail on an overall great experience.

The only thing I'd say was I wish I had a few more days to stay over. But it's a bit pricey so beware of that. But if you can afford it this place is top notch.

Seems like a new building which was super nice. The rooms are great. They have a small full kitchen. It was clean with plenty of closet space. Beds were comfortable. I stayed 2 or 3 days. Great location & safe part of homestead. I had to change my days & the customer service folks at the 1800 # were not willing to help but when I got through to the front desk the lady there (Mailen) helped me out. So i"m very grateful for her. Thank you Mailen. And the place had great parking & great prices. I will stay here again when in town!

My stay was very comfortable and the attentive staff always made me feel like I was home. Any questions I had they would answer with a smile on their face. Hotel is in Close proximity to many shops, dining, hospital and other places to visit in Homestead not to mention their very comparative low prices.

Clean and spacious room. Has a small gym. Feels new and tidy. Overall had a great stay. Location is good too
Only thing is lack of lamp for the desk

Stayed for 2 weeks while my mother was in rehab at the Baptist Hospital South. This was a perfect location being only 3/4 mile down the road from her. There was a great variety of restaurants & shopping nearby. My room was clean, bed very comfortable & most importantly, being from out of town & by myself, I felt very safe.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were so good to me, particularly Maylin, the assistant manager. It was quiet and calm for me in the hotel, and there was a giant shopping center nearby where I frequented the Target and Sprouts for all my grocery needs as I could cook in the kitchenette. The hotel is right off the highway so it was very easy to get to. I highly recommend this Homestead location.

We stayed during the holidays. This is a good extended stay if you know what to expect. You need to bring your own pots and pans but the rooms are good and clean . There is no dishwasher or garbage disposal in sink.
So it is good for 1-3 nights.

It is right near sprouts and target to get what you want. Plus there is Chipotle , Olive garden and other restaurants at walking distance.

The location is optimal from the junction of roads to Florida Keys, Biscayne NP and Everglades NP.

We did not encounter things mentioned in some of the negative reviews.

We stayed here during Thanksgiving and following weekend. If you are wondering, the hotel is pretty much like Woodspring Suites but with different color scheme, lol 😆 We selected it because they are pet friendly, we knew it has been built recently, and they were close to where we would be spending the holiday. They have a laundry room, vending machines, and kitchenette in every room, which came in handy. I read several reviews that did not like this hotel that much, but we travel a lot and it worked for us- we just needed a quiet, clean, pet-friendly place to spend the night, and it did not disappoint. We were also able to connect our phones to the TV wirelessly to watch our own shows in our phone apps. If you are into shopping, it is also close to the outlet mall and other popular shopping locations in the area. We had a good time and will be checking out future deals if they have any at the time we travel to Miami again.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was fantastic! The rooms were clean, comfy beds, and the staff was super friendly. Great location too, with easy access to Miami. Highly recommend!

Natalie is a beautiful worker she smiles when the guest comes in she always help me when I need help please show her kindness she is the best for the hotel work she also has been helping me a lot and a lot of other guests she has been the only one who has been doing her job very well than most

This place is wonderful. We are in transition from an unfortunate illness and did not get the apt we wanted.

I’ve never known such gratitude & hospitality ever being shown in a hotel until I got to uptown suites. The people here are down right amazing. Fast service & super friendly. The general manager and all of his staff down to the last person has kept this hotel sanitized, clean, & very detail orientated. If you decide to stay at any hotel for any reason then I implore you to stay here. Smiles all across the faces of every employee. They are always super honest and open. The rooms are clean, the gym is super convenient, the laundry area is nice as always, & even parking is never a problem. This is the absolute place to be, & it’s coming from someone who is actually currently living here. It’s amazing, do yourself a favor.

Very clean and good! Our experience was super! Had a fridge, micro, etc.

Stayed here while working Turkey Point Nuclear. They had monthly and weekly deal. Place is located close to a lot shops. Room was clean and had a little kitchen. Ac worked fine room was cleaned once week. Only down side water pressure was low some times. Walls are tad bit thin. Id stay here again for sure. Had a issue with being charged 2nd month after first when only needed first week. Management took care of that eventually tho and I was refunded. All employees were professional. Multiple laundry machines in facility if needed for small fee as well great convenience . Spent over month my life here its not a bad spot at all would recommend.

Very nice place for the price and area. No pool, no bar or restaurant, and the gym consists of some cardio machines. I spent a week in town and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean when I arrived, bathroom was nice, grounds and parking lot was well kept.
There are no utensils or kitchen supplies provided. I saw people dragging in pots and pans at check in. Full size fridge, full size microwave, and the stove is a two burner glass top built into counter.
There's a target across the street with groceries and any supplies you might need.
Seems like a lot of people are long term stays. Would stay again and would recommend.

The gentleman that greeted us when checking in was so nice! He remembered our names the next morning when stepping out for the day. He talked to us as if we were old friends. It smelled so wonderful and clean in the lobby, I should have asked what they were using so I could get it for my own home. The room was clean and having a little kitchen space was perfect! Water was hot and tons of pressure from the faucet. Overall very satisfied with our stay, if it weren’t for the friendly man that checked us in, I probably would not have written a review. Friendly service is so under appreciated these days.

The service was Great nice people clean every one was super kind and was there for all my needs I will be back Mangers was all great to me I didn't have no issue with the staff I give all 5 star

The staff was excellent. The hotel is clean, very clean. The room was great, comfortable bed, nice kitchen area. Pets are welcome. We will stay there again on our next trip.
