Funky decoration, McDonald's. I really like going to a retro fast food "diner". McDonald's has really come a long way since Ray Kroc decided to pursue his dreams. Mr. Kroc was right in going after something that he knew would satisfy the U.S.A. 😋 Fresh hash browns and biscuit at 10 a.m. Lunch begins at 10:30. Right on!

A year ago you wouldn't catch me coming here due to prior experiences with customer service -_- and couple attitudes .... but there has been a shift lately!!!! I'm a regular here due to it being the best place in town for morning ice Coffees!! I see such a change. I look forward to morning trips and the customer experience has stayed consistent , Morning hours as well as weekend Pop Ins have been a breeze! I have not one negative comment . Lines move quickly as well . i am appreciative of their service, one less thing I have to worry about , all the more Confident. ☺

The day we visited this McDonald's, not only was the drive-thru intercom not working but both lanes were full of angry and extremely rude customers. Later, I found out that there was only one employee working the drive-thru. We waited in line over 30 minutes for our turn to place our order at the drive thru window. Even though the young lady (Adrianna, I think is her name) was being verbally abused by rude customers, she delivered an excellent level of Customer Service! This young lady took our order at the window, walked to kitchen and gave cooks the order and after we paid, she asked us to pull up and informed us that she would bring us our order shortly and she did just that. This young lady deserves a raise! I don't know why corporate was allowing this location to operate under these conditions but these 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ are not for them but for her!

I was genuinely shocked today! I usually have soo many issues here but today they blew me away! My order was taken quickly and by a friendly employee (there is usually attitude), the cashier was super friendly, I got my food in under 5 minutes and I did 4 special order burgers, nothing crazy, but they were all correct! And HOT! Like am I in cairo lol. Great awesome terrific job yall! Please keep it up.

Me and my son stopped here for a quick bite to eat on our way from Tallahassee to Augusta, Georgia. The place was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly. I ordered 3 burgers and a fry.
My son ordered after me, and before he completed telling his order to the cashier, my food was ready! I've never seen such quick service from a McDonald's before! To top it off, my order was actually right too! Outstanding service! This was not your typical McDonalds....the staff here were professional and actually seemed educated! Great place to stop, especially if you're in a hurry!

Two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun. Yes, I had a Big Mac and it was delicious. My wife had a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. We also had fries and finished with a strawberry, cream pie.

Google is asking has McDonald's changed. Well, yes it has. At least in Cairo. There are double drive through lanes now but still only one pick up window. The inside has been redone. We ordered using a kiosk. The self-serve soft drink station was not there. Tables and seating are new and seem to be spread out more. I don't think my Big Mac had pickles or onions on it. The French fries were delicious.

Big fan of their ice cream cone. Portion size is satisfying and soft serve is very creamy.

They need to change something, is good people there but took forever to order and was wrong, the food was wrong too. So I hope that they'll do something. I won't be back for a while.

I had to stay in town of Cairo, Ga. for a doctor's appointment decided to have a quick meal so I stopped by and grabbed a Big Mac Value Meal the cashier's were very polite and getting my meal in a timely manner even though they were busy with the lunch hour 😂 rush!! So I go there for breakfast on my therapy days which is 3 mornings a week for a few months and I've managed to get lunch on the way home!!😂 Saves me a lot of time n money with the coupons I get in the mail!!

We went through the drive through and there was initially a mixup with our order. The staff was very prompt on fixing it and made sure it was right and we were completely satisfied before we left.

McDonald's food is awesome to me. My favorite thing is the $5 dollar meal. Cookie 3 for $1,All soft drinks a $1each and Another favorite is the chicken sandwich,chicken nuggets,MILKSHAKE,Mcflurry. If u have not had them are any McDonald's you really need to try

Poor service this day I've never had a problem with McDonald's but on this day we waited for 35 minutes to order and get our food it was ridiculous customer service was very rude

Better customer service than other stores . Food was fresh and hot

Had an issue at the drive-thru this morning. Talked with manager and it was handled promptly. Rave to the manager for taking care of it. Restaurants need more managers like her.

Actually I had the best cheese burger at this store live every had at a micdonals hardly no waiting as well easy to get into and out of drive through with larger vehicles nice place

Great location next to the truck stop, whenever I'm in town or stopping through while on a load I can always get fast service and my caramel frappe made perfect everytime and back on the road with minimum wait time

We like to a side of the place we had an outside picnic table so we loaded this will not down because we had a way we can have the dog that we have no problem with him that we want him to be out there so we were glad that day was nice and, dated us to go outside and sit with the dog

As an employee I serve our guest as I would want to be served, with great customer service. I smile and make sure their experience is worth while to return again. ❤

Best location in this area. Hot food. Correct orders. If you want A+ pleasant customer service and an INCORRECT order...find a Chic Fi La
