Customer service has improved greatly. Love dealing with local Associates. Give them another try.

They are always so nice, and always help with everything.

Most of the employees are very rude. I am a minority so I am not sure if it is because they are prejudiced or if they act that way towards everyone. Other than their customer service, fine banking experience. Have not had a problem with my money.

They have definitely took a turn for the worst since merging with Peach State it isn't a good bank anymore.

My whole family go here now I go 90% of the time the employees are rude and some act like there going to die just hand my something or give me go to hell look some of the older employees are better I. Had a few of the younger ones that are nice but a lot of time the ones I get act like they die

Been a customer here decades and I can honestly say the customer service here is garbage! Period. Go somewhere else,anywhere but here! In addition to that I can honestly say that the last 4 times we have gone down there for something they have had some lame excuse for why they can't help us. " that department isn't here today, "it's too close too closing time", " we need license, birth certificate, social security card, a current bill with your name on it and a DNA sample before we can help you". Shut our card down because we didn't answer the phone yet we got NO call from them what so ever. This place is WORTLESS and the people are rude and lazy! They act like it kills them to lift a finger other than cashing your check. The only reason I have then 1 star is because there was no option. For 0 stars. They are awful... period.

06/03/2017 Not again! Rude and unpleasant costumer service over the phone. No excuse no matter what the circumstances she's in. It's getting old.

Since they changed to peach state customer service is non existent. Cant even contact the bank period via phone. Terrible on that part, been banking here 20 years.

Great Credit Union bank, except the employers are unpleasant, insensitive and prejudice over the phone.
