Lowe's Home Improvement

I love Lowes . They helped me tremendously through the years with lumber,flooring,electrical,plumbing and more . They showed me how to do pex . They helped with laminate. I bought a frig yesterday at the Rome store. The Ft Payne store has been awesome also. We tripled the value of our home with a 30000 dollar investment in material.

I always shop at Lowe's for my hardware needs. In most cases I am able to find what I want or need. The sales staff are knowledgeable about their respective departments and very professional and friendly. A great experience always!!

I walked in not even knowing what we needed but with a list from a contractor. Normally, it isn't easy to get help at retail places today. With that said, an employee named Justin wearing a Fidora hat spoke to me and asked if he could help me. Within seconds, he found what I needed, and was on his knees mulling through the inventory. He was fast, friendly, and courteous. He also seems to be a man of faith, and that was apparent in many different ways.

Good job to this Lowes as well as whoever hired Justin, as he is one very sharp, professional, and blessed man.

I love Lowe's...very rare that I don't have a great experience there. I go often.

As a FORMER home depot only guy I started coming to Loews when Home Depot employees were never available or were too untrained to provide assistance. Glad to make the switch to a company whose employees seem to like where they work and are always available if you have a question.

Great, new guy came up while shopping and helped all the way to check out and helped load too!!

The staff here is very helpful. I am a veteran and needed help in signing up for discounts that Lowes gives to us. Customer service did everything for me in helping me get verified on my mobile phone. I appreciate all the good service!

Oh I love going to Lowe's in West Rome.The employees are real nice and very helpful there. For a 70 year old man I could hangout there all day. can't say enough good things about Lowe's. I am redoing an old oak table and 6 chairs. They have really helped me out.

I love this lowes for many reasons. Its a great store and the manager Jeremy is the best. He always greets me when I see him and treats everyone great. I would recommend this place to anyone as it is very clean and the people are very nice and helpful. Got a sweet grill thermometer.

Nick had just walked in the doors of Lowe's for his shift while I was on the phone calling in to purchase a washer and dryer set. Nick was professional and pleasant to work with. He is well versed in sales and was able to meet my expectation.

Stopped by to pick up some items to (hopefully) keep my pipes safe during the coming cold snap. They had a good assortment of winter proofing products right inside the front door which was very helpful. I was in and out in minutes.

I live there I'd rather go there than anywhere else great shopping and great deals all the time so check it out 💞😘

Lowes is always a good place to go for your home projects

This review is about Carol Ingaisbe , she works in flooring at the Rome ga location . First of all this nice lady went above and beyond helping me and a buddy find everything we needed in electrical, she made sure we were completely satisfied and even checked us out in the flooring department because the lines were to Long at the front , although we all know great (customer service) is hard to come by these day , she took the time to help us and make sure we we had everything we came in for !!!! This lady needs a raise and recognition for doing such a great job , I usually don’t write reviews but this experience stood out to me , THANK YOU AGAIN CAROL!

Everyone at the store was nice. When the refrigerator was delivered a tree was a little to low for the truck to get all the way up the driveway. (I live in the country) The delivery men called and walked my refrigerator up the driveway. Above and beyond customer service!

Its Lowe's. They have things I need, so I go there to get them. This is one of the better locations, because I can usually find someone to help me if I need it. Some of the locations I've been to seem like no one works there.
