Great owners. They are making a real effort to make this place a nice stay. Clean rooms, no smell or smoke or mold, generous staff, and great location.

It would have been easier for us if The Weather Channel was offered in rooms. We were on a 2000 mile trip and couldn't check the weather for our route. But we did have our phones and laptop with us, so it was good. We would liked to have had hand towel racks next to the sink, in the room, also. Staff and cleanliness were outstanding. Breakfast food was outstanding. Should leave out snacks for guests all hours. Housekeeping on top of everything! Very courteous and helped with any extra supplies needed. Our room sparkled everyday, from the great cleaning done to it!! The owner was a super nice guy, very friendly. The manager went above and beyond her call of duty to make our stay wonderful. An, all around perfect four days and night's stay! Highly recommend this place!

The service was wonderful. We were met by an individual at the front desk who was pleasant and helpful. We also needed more toiletries as I had forgotten mine; they were more than accommodating to assist us. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was not too firm and just to my liking. My only complaint was the weird, small pillows on the bed. They are more like throw-pillows for a couch. We always bring our own so it was not any problem. I am sure I could have gotten more if I needed them. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Rome.

I am a diamond choice privileges member. This is a very nice place for the price. The room was very clean. They have a hot breakfast. The parking lot is well lighted and I felt safe here. I will definitely stay here again.

The Rome Quality inn is one of the cleanest most well kept and comfortable locations I have stayed at. As the owner of a cleaning company I tend to have an extremely critical eye when it comes to cleanliness, especially when staying at hotels. Kudos to an amazing team and obvious employees that take pride in their jobs. It SHOWS⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was clean and the staff was nice. But the best part was the bed! It was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. I've never slept this great as an adult with typical aches and pains. Only negative was the pool. It is enclosed, so it gets very loud with loud echoes with only a few people.

The rooms were nice and the beds were very comfortable. The TV did not work well, I could only get it to go to one channel. The breakfast area was nice and clean. The food was very good and plentiful. The staff was extremely helpful.

This is a great hotel. MR Patel is so nice Lori at check in was great and Michelle head of house hold is great. Definitely will stay here again. The price is wonderful and the rooms are very clean. This is a better hotel then the downtown Rome hotels. The rooms may be a bet smaller but much worth staying there. Thanks to all for my wonderful stay.

Wonderful Hotel!!! The room was very nice, everything was clean, and the staff was awesome! We had a problem with the A/C and they promptly moved us to a new room and even offered to help us move our stuff! Breakfast was better than I expected and I loved the Biscuits and Gravy!!! Will definitely be back!!!

The hotel is clean and the breakfast is Barry good for a hotel. We planned on only staying on night but at the last minute realized we needed to stay another night. It was 5 mn to check out and I told them we needed another night. They let us keep our room we were already in. They checked us out and then re-checked us in. The kids loved the pool and put it to use.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating! Michele and Heaven both went out of their way to make the Endicott women's volleyball team feel comfortable and welcome. Rooms were clean, breakfast included cereal, eggs, waffles, bagels, fruit, yogurt, muffins and coffee. We arrived late at night, they offered to clean up after we ate so the team could get sleep. I would stay here again and found it to be a good value. Location was close to Berry College.

Will definitely be returning! All the staff is so friendly and professional, they really went above and beyond for me and im sure the other guests. The property area was very neat and clean. They also had a really clean and nice pool and fitness center!! Was absolutely impressed and will be returning!!!

This property is beautiful. One of the best hotels in Rome and at an especially good rate for the value. The staff is super friendly, property is well maintained, and my room was extra comfortable. Will be back soon.

The hotel is amazing for such a low price! The indoor heated pool was our favorite feature, but the hotel was perfect. The staff is very friendly and the continental breakfast was amazing. The hotel is super clean and had zero complaints! I highly recommend!

Clean, quiet place to stay. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. The pillows are a little small, but you get what you pay for. Very accommodating for the one night we needed.

Most comfortable traditional mattress I've ever slept on! The staff is so friendly and helpful! My daughter loved the pool in the "greenhouse"! I highly recommend this hotel!
