Beef burrito made special for me! Delicious beef with onions cilantro avocado and sour cream smothered in cheese....Yummy! Blackberry margarita was fantastic!

Remarkable authentic food. My server Carlito was excellent. First time their he made wonderful suggestions. Very attentive. We were checked on by additional server Jessica. Very prompt in everything from seating to table greeting, drinks, apps and entrees. Will definitely be returning

Best Mexican food I've ever had. Reasonable prices, amazing service, and some very good cheese dip. I will only eat here when I am in Rome from now on.

El Z is my favorite spot in Rome! The fajitas are on point! My children love the quesadillas and rice! This is a place my entire family can go to and every is happy. The staff is eager to accommodate large parties. I would give a 6 star review but google only lets me leave 5!

Just had lunch. Excellent food at a great price. I had the Bistec a la Mexicana. A very good value. Frosty mug of Negra Modelo. My first frosty mug in Rome. Ask for the spicy tomatillo salsa. It has more heat than the regular salsa which is also very good. The food did have authentic flavor which is hard to find. Lily, my server was very attentive and helpful. I will be back with my family.

Prices aren’t too terribly high. Perfect prices on the margaritas and pitches of beer. So if your looking for a good dinner and want to drink, this is a place you must check out!

Great food. Real authentic Mexican food. Drink prices are a bit much though. The parking is hard to find as it is down town.

Walked right in. Great service. Texas Peach Margarita taste great and not just like syrup. The Tijuana Dip is a must!

They serve authentic mexican food and service is fast and server is so police and attending. Must try their Molcajete and Acapulco special.

Good food. Although somewhat americanized, their flavors are good. Not too spicy which in my book not a great feature. Their green sauce was delicious and their salad are fresh. Prices are very reasonable. Speedy service both times I went.

I have been eating here since 1994 & have Never had a bad experience. With today's price hikes it's hard for a family of 5 to eat out, but the price here is cheaper than anywhere I have ate. 5* I recommend to people all the time.

Great restaurant in Rome Ga.

The best in Rome!!! Have been going here for years, Tony is a wonderful guy and the staff will always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The food is top-notch, the drinks are well-made, and even the salsa is just the best you'll find in Rome. No trip downtown is complete without going to El Zarape!

Took a little bit to be seated but understandable due to Covid. Staff was friendly. Food came to our table fresh hot and very delicious.

Me and my wife love trying places we have never been before so this was a pleasant surprise. Food was good the atmosphere was nice and relaxing plus at the time that we went it wasn't overcrowded... the service was far better than most of the places we have visited in the past.. plus the menu had a few items other similar places did not have. I recommend atleast trying this place one day with your family.
