Food Lion

We just moved to Vidalia and was sad about not being close to a Target. Although it’s no Target, this Food Lion has met our grocery and toiletries needs with so many perks and benefits! The employees give exceptional service and a young man (cashier) by the name of LeShawn, has gone above and beyond in stand out customer service! Huge Kudos to him for being personable and working efficiently! So happy to discover this store location that prides themselves with well-stocked products, organization, and CLEANLINESS! Thank you!

Has done renovations and it looks good ( new deli, new self check-outs and has changed things inside around some).

Another local retailer cancelled my birthday cake order with less than 24 hours notice. Thankfully, Food Lion saved the day. And to top it off, the young lady who processed my order actually asked me before placing a chemical item(body wash) in the bag with some food items. I was shocked they even still train cashiers on handling and packing of chemical items. I am impressed!!!!

The prices aren't bad. And the morning staff was above and beyond helpful and friendly they took time out of their busy schedule to help the customers with their items. Tracee had given me and my family the best overall experience we've ever had at a grocery store.

Every time I go into this store the employees greet me with a hello or good evening.
This time I went in looking for my favorite bread but there was none on the shelf. There was some being delivered at the same time I was looking for mine. I asked the manager may I retrieve my bread from the delivery guy and of course like they always do they told me yes. I manager just told me to pick the ones that I want. I got my three loaves and I was so glad I didn't have to make another trip. The personnel are always doing small things like that for their customers. That's why I will always shop here.

Customer service is very important to me when I am shopping, and I have found that the employees at Food Lion excel at customer service. Most recently, Cynthia was so helpful to me on a day when, without her knowing it, I was very stressed. And I appreciate her kindness so much.

Just went for my first time today. Love Foodloin. Always clean and super organized. Never have a hard time finding anything. Customer service is great as well.

Best place in town to buy your groceries. Can get congested at check out during peak times. Prices are above average but better space than Walmart.

When there was a line starting to curve close to the wine.some lady's came promptly and opened two registers. That's why I drive from Oak park to shop at food lion in Vidalia. Thankyou
