Lofts on the Square and Town Square Event Center, Grenada, MS

We had our 50th class reunion and 10 of us stayed here. We enjoyed the sitting areas especially the outdoor one. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious! It was southern hospitality at its finest. I highly recommend staying and looking forward to our next visit.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. When you need a feel of southern comfort, this is your place. The owner made us feel right at home. She was the sweetest hosts and treated us like family. The room decor was beautiful with historical themes and antique style furniture. We also took time to enjoy the shared balcony to highlight our relaxing weekend getaway. This will not be our last time staying and I highly recommend this BnB if you're in the area 👌

My wife and I greatly enjoyed an overnight stay at this real hidden gem in Grenada. The renovation of this historic building is wonderful, includes all the modern conveniences, and really must be seen from the inside to fully appreciate. Having breakfast on the covered porch was delightful. Janice was a very welcoming host and did a terrific job making us feel at home. We look forward to the next time we can stay there again!

I stayed at the Lofts last weekend! It was so nice I had to take the time to come back to leave a review. Everything about this place is nice, from the different rooms, the sitting areas to read, the kitchen and patio. I stayed in the front room. The view of the Christmas decorations was beautiful! Ms.Janice and her husband was very nice. She called twice while I was on the road to make sure I made it safe and found the place ❤✨ If I’m ever passing thru MS again, this will be my main stay

My wife and I celebrated our 13th year anniversary this weekend and we decided to stay at the lofts, best choice we could have made. Everything was perfect for us when we got there and a very friendly staff. The bed and breakfast is absolutely beautiful! We stayed in the Cuff and the room was set up better than a hotel room, the mattress was very comfortable, the food that they cooked was even better! I do not have one bad thing to say and will be recommending this to family and friends. I will be staying again! Thank you for a nice weekend!

We had a great time staying at the Lofts. The building is quaint and tastefully decorated. The hospitality was wonderful. Janice and Allan have a wonderful facility and keep it very well maintained. They had breakfast in the fridge each day for everyone, and made a few appearances just to make sure everyone was enjoying their stay. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Staying at the Lofts was a great choice! Janice & Allen greeted us, showed us around the property, and were happy to stay and chat or let us go on about our visit to Grenada.

The property is in great shape, better than many hotels I've stayed at. The rooms were plenty big to hang out in, but we spent more time on the wonderful patio.

Breakfast is left in the fridge, so we could warm it up whenever we wanted, or just help ourselves to the large assortment of continental breakfast fixings, or just snacks lol.

There's a nice selection of games in the kitchen too.

There are at least two restaurants within a block, and Orleans is delish!

If we ever have a chance to stop in Grenada again, we'll be back. And it's a nice enough place that we may just come back for

Just spent two nights in the Lofts and the experience was simply fabulous! Janice and her husband treated us like royalty .... from the boking process to our checkout everything was "high touch" and seamless. The rooms are cozy, quiet and beautifully decorated. The gathering area / kitchen is well stocked and the Wi-Fi works beautifully. The two best restaurants in town...Molly`s Place and the Orleans Bistro ... are just around the corner and less than a five minute walk. Having stayed more than 1,000 nights in Marriott hotels and resorts around the world I know the value of service excellence and the Lofts on the Square are great examples . Clearly, the Lofts are truly a "hidden gem" in a small town but the best choice for comfort, quality and a truly memorable experience. We will book again for the Spring .

What a wonderful place! My husband and I stayed here this past weekend for our 30th wedding anniversary. We absolutely loved it. We received a wonderful welcome when we arrived! This place is beautiful and immaculate! It is so tastefully decorated .I loved the antique furniture in the room and the gathering area. You can tell so much love and care was put into every detail to make guests feel welcome and at home. The breakfast was delicious! There were some homemade dishes as well as cereal , fruit, bagels, etc. Also milk, juice, coffee, water. I felt so at home in the kitchen. There are bar stools around the island or a dining table inside the kitchen or a deck outside with tables and chairs to sit and enjoy your breakfast. The room we stayed in was the Cuff. It was beautiful and the king-size bed was so comfortable! Lofts on the Square is the best! The owners/host and hostess are the best! My husband and I can't wait to go back!

My goodness where to start..
The wooden staircase, upon entry, you can just feel the richness of the history of this building as you head up to the Lofts.
You are greeted with a gorgeous sitting room that is full of beautiful prints and local history. I'm reminded of every Southern home I've ever visited. A lady loves a good sitting room and trust me this is it.
My favorite room was one I simply didn't not have time to fully enjoy this visit. As you walk into the tiny alcove you're greeted by the antique office door. A beautiful room to have a cup of afternoon tea and curl up with a good book.
We've decided to become a frequent visitor and making this our family happy time:)
This visit we stayed in the Cuff room. I picked this room because of how homey it feels. We had a beautiful time.
Let me tell you though, if I had to tell you something I enjoyed the most of..
1. Homemade granola. We will NOT discuss how much I ate of it.
2. We were greeted with asparagus and Denver omlette quiches, sausage and grit casserole, fresh fruit, and a variety of breads. The food was impeccable.
3. A beautiful veranda to throughly enjoy when it is warmer and not the coldest weekend Mississippi has experienced in years 🤣🤣
4. I honestly can't wait to book again.
5. A drink bar and by drink I mean hot tea, Earl Grey, a delightful calming lemon, chamomile, just to name a few. Hot chocolate? They have it:)
6. I know I didn't mention it but I loved the beautiful tile. A lovely daisy style adorned the floor. A beautiful shade of yellow brightened the whole atmosphere on the walls.
7. I am a sucker for beautiful cabinetry and the kitchen has them ❤

It was a wondeful experience, the owners are truly gemstones of this community and I am so proud to know them and love them.

Stayed 2 nights. Head a great stay! The owners were very accommodating and friendly. Very clean. Very comfortable beds. They had delicious breakfast and lots of snacks easily accessible for us. Had a lot of fun with the others guests on the veranda!

Love this place, and the historical feel. There is a common kitchen and patio area. Great appliances, and plenty of cutlery and glassware. They leave you breakfast in the fridge and kitchen to eat when you want to. We'll definitely be back! Stay here if you go to the Viking Cooking School classes!

Spent 3 nights while attending HS reunion. Janice and Allan were perfect hosts. Lovely room, delicious breakfasts, and nice kitchen and patio areas to commune with old friends. Highly recommend.

Janice & Allan are absolutely wonderful host !! The B&B is so quaint and welcoming. Every detail is covered. We enjoyed our stay and will be back !!!
