I have had the pleasure of doing business with this company for quite sometime. All of my patients have nothing but positive comments from each employee at this business. They go out of their way to make timely deliveries. They are extremely courteous and friendly. The manager is very knowledgeable and has helped my patients find the answers they need. The RTs take their time and explain the equipment to them. The delivery drivers are always willing to go the extra mile. The CSR is polite and friendly. I will continue to refer all of my patients to this business because of the professionalism I have encountered over and over. Thank you so much for making my patients feel at ease and for giving me the comfort Of knowing they are in great hands!! You guys have stepped up big time during this pandemic and I am very pleased with your efforts.

Being a new, inexperienced user of a c-pap machine you can imagine how excited I was to find a location right here in Grenada. However, my first appointment with them was less than satisfactory. first, the technician was 30 minutes late to the appointment . She hurriedly went to a room, threw a bunch of headgear (or masks I call them) on a table and told me to choose one. I was totally overwhelmed with the selection, as I had never worn anything to help breathe in my sleep. She made it quite obvious she was in a rush to get out of there. Then she handed me a sheet of paper asking me to rate her performance with her sitting there watching me fill it out!!
However, since then I have also found the staff to be less than helpful. In business, there are some employees who look for a way to help you. Then there are those who simply enjoy looking for a way to throw an obstacle in your path, for the thrill of it I guess. The Grenada Rotech office employees fall into the latter category. Therefore, I have switched to the Oxford office to avoid the rude, inadequate and uninformed staff in the Grenada Rotech office.

I have used RN Homecare for 10 years. The Grenada staff has always been helpful but the insurance and billing at corporate office is a nightmare. After 4 orders in 2020 they decided they will not file my secondary insurance. Beware if you have 2 insurances they possibly will not file and will stick you with the bill.
