Maytag Laundry

Attendant was rude to my husband and to another lady coming in to do laundry in the last hour of the night. She rudely told the lady gruffly "No, no, no! NUH, Uh..... You cannot start laundry after 8:30" and made her leave. There was zero reason to communicate with the demeanor she had towards that lady. She started huffing and puffing when my husband was walking towards a dryer acting like he was in her way stating she had stuff to get done. Extremely unprofessional.

Use this whenever washer or dryer is not working, or when we have extra amount of wash to do (blankets, etc.). Always clean and always has very friendly attendant on duty.

Clean environment and the dryers do not take alot of $ to get your clothes all the way dry.

Attendant was rude and unhelpful. I notified attendant machine wasn't working properly at beginning of wash. She just said it would be okay and accused me of putting to much soap in a different machine. I informed her I put the same amount in each of the 3 but no soap was sudding up in 2. The machine I informed her about gave an error code and didn't finish washing but she just said it did finish. She would have no idea if that was the case or. The machine was on rinse when I saw the error code. That's no good business practice. All she had to do is acknowledge my issue and I would have been fine I know machines break but don't keep telling me otherwise and I'm spending my money in this establishment
