They went out of their way to be as pleasant and helpful as possible. Couldn't ask for more. I got a follow up call and my treatment felt special, and I must assume they treat everyone the same based on the impact I'm sharing in this reviewleft. I love Extra Space Storage; I've used them off and on at different places for my business and they are always very helpful and professional. I really appreciate having management on site and the properties are always clean and well taken care of.

Anthony is awesome, super helpful and polite and the property is really clean. The process is easy and your unit will be ready for you even if you rent on a Sunday or after they leave.

My name is Phillip and I love this place. Jax was amazing to work with. She was a huge help getting me checked in and helping me get my 2nd unit with them. She is very knowledgeable and very thorough going through all the details. I left feeling extremely comfortable about my new unit and the contract details. SHE IS THE BEST!!!!!!

The manager (Precious) is Awesome at working with you to meet all your storage needs. It is very safe and secure and I will continue keeping my personal belongings there as long as necessary.

Lisa was amazing! I finished my lease 5 minutes before they closed and she called me a minute after i finished signing the lease and assisted me with answering additional questions. Customer service like that make them So Dope in my book!

Recently rented a unit at this extra space facility. Chloe was the manager on duty at the time and explained everything clearly. She also recommended the best route to the unit for my 26 ft uhaul so I could offload it the most efficiently. This shows she is someone who cares about the work and delivering good customer service. The unit was clean and the whole experience made the truck offloading process and moving into the unit easier and less stressful.

Nice clean property and the staff are always helpful. The property is well lit, access 7 days a week & the unit was really clean. Im glad I chose them.

Jax is the most sweetest employee I’ve ever encountered at any facility. Whether it be here or even a retail store. She was so empathetic and understanding and went above and beyond to explain some things I was unsure about with my storage. I wish the world was filled with Jax’s!!! It would be a better place for sure. Thank you again Jax. She, personally, is the reason I am keeping my business at this facility.

So far so good at Extra Space on N. MacArthur. Unlike other facilities, this one is well-maintained and kept clean of even the smallest piece of trash. Precious, the site manager, is very cordial and engaging. If they don't raise my rates too high, I'll be a client for a very long time.

Precious was extremely helpful, professional and knowledge. She answered all my questions and actually gave me a tour of the facility. I ended up choosing this location bc I felt so comfortable doing business with her.

Anthony Salazar was so friendly and knowledgeable he directed me to the right storage unit ! I highly recommend asking for him if you are looking for a storage unit to lease.

Eric was very helpful and friendly. He gave all the information I needed for renting the unit. Took the extra step to show unit as well as a final dust sweep before handing off the unit.
