Hilton Garden Inn Tulsa/Broken Arrow

The manager just provided the best customer experience, even though we had already checked out. They took care of the car we rented, which was parked at the hotel while waiting for the key to be shipped. Despite having a huge event and a shortage of staff, they even offered to arrange to drive the car back to the branch at the airport. Outstanding customer service!

We held our district meeting here and it was absolutely perfect! Sharlet, in sales, took wonderful care of us from beginning to end. She, along with her staff, made sure our room was set up and clean and the food was great and served with a smile! My employees cannot wait to be back here again for our next meeting! Thank you!

Very nice hotel, let us check in early with no problem. Like at noon. Very polite. Nice rooms and it was fairly priced. Last couple years I'd been using air b&b but I'm definitely back at hotels for the prices.

This is the second time we've stayed in this hotel and both times it's been great! This was our stop for the night on our drive from Phoenix to Chicago. The hotel is quiet and safe while still being pretty close to the highway. Staff is always very friendly. The shower is hot with good water pressure. The bed isn't the most comfortable I've slept on, but definitely adequate. Theres also a ton of areas to charge electronics. We'll stay here again on our next drive-through.

They were able to accommodate a late arrival. The room was immaculate. The area it is located in, is very nice and a safe area. The staff was very friendly .

It was exactly what I needed this past week. Coming back to my room cleaned, with fresh towels and my possessions still safely how I left them! I’ll be back soon 👍🏾

This is one of my favorite hotels. I've stayed here two separate times and have enjoyed both times. Awesome location, love the shower, and the hotel is incredibly clean.

Amazing Staff
They embraced my hyper active son so lovingly. We will definitely go back there for our next mommy son's day. Ty Tiffany you were amazing he can't stop talking about you.

Very clean hotel. I stayed here on a work trip for a couple days. The rooms have a very natural, airy feeling to them due to a large, open feeling window in each room. The bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff very polite, greeted me daily. Overall very quiet. I never had an issue with noise. I would stay here again!

The rooms are everything you come to expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. The staff is what sets this one apart. Shaun was the manager on duty when I checked in and found our booking had mistakenly been the wrong type. He was really patient with us and getting us accommodations that would work for us. Really went above and beyond and I really appreciated it. On a super busy weekend when I’m sure there were dozens of families, he helped make sure ours was comfortable and in a room that worked for us.

This location is convenient, whether traveling through the area or staying locally. There are plenty of restaurant and shopping options near by. You can tell the staff take pride in their jobs; they are always courteous and the hotel is always clean. Surrounding area is safe and clean-I don’t know what more you could ask for!

The service was superb. Great people all around; Alex, Chasity, Daniel, and John are the best people when it comes to taking care of people. Shawn you have an excellent weekend crew here. Take care of your people sir. You have a great crew.

Place looks brand new. Staff are friendly. Had a few meals at the bar, great bartender.

I've stayed here several times for work. It's a very clean hotel with a good, made to order breakfast, in a convenient location just off the BA Expressway. There is adequate parking but much of it is in an overflow lot quite a distance from the building. The area it is in has plenty of dining choices and the hotel has a restaurant and bar in the lobby as well. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating.

So beautiful and extremely clean . Love how nice every one is. Beds are super comfortable . Reception was so helpful , especially since we already had a long drive from Nebraska, helped us with dinner recommendations.. Will only stay at Hilton's for all of our family adventures

This is a great facility, in good proximity to dining options. Ease of access to the highway, but with no real indication of traffic outside. The hotel was quiet, and the room comfortable. I appreciate that this location offers a Military discount. I stay loyal to the places that will help me stretch a Military paycheck. I found the bar and dining area to be convenient and appealing. I wanted to try the desert, but was quite full after eating my hamburger. The staff at the front desk was polite and cordial. The housekeeping staff was equally polite. The only knock against the room, was the lack of an overhead light. For most, that will never be an issue; but for me, I wanted a bit more light.

New Hotel!! Great Experience
I noticed this hotel my first trip to Tulsa and I was staying at another hotel chain, second time around I booked my trip here and stayed for 5 nights. Weather was bad during my stay and I don't think the hotel was exactly prepared for those types of conditions; it made for an icy parking lot and icy entry ways and I couldn't even park my vehicle in the parking lot that evening without my vehicle sliding. I made it in and out safely though by parking along the side of the parking lot, not in parking lot. Hotel was nice, it is new so everything was above average and in new condition. Neutrogena products in the bath, not a ton of lighting in the restroom. Rooms have a full length body mirror. Plenty of restaurants around and easy access to highway. Everyone at front desk was friendly. Rooms and beds were comfortable. My microwave did not work, hotel changed it as soon as I notified them via this new text feature where they checked on me twice during my stay, which was pretty convenient. They even restocked what I requested via text. Fabulous and would stay again.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Staff is friendly and welcoming. However after coming back to our hotel room from an entire day of being gone, I noticed that our room didn't get cleaned or restocked, something usually done daily by housekeeping at other hotels I've stayed in.

The staff was very friendly, our first time stay-cation, our room was beautiful, very spacious, the bathroom was amazing with light up mirrors for perfect make-up application. The indoor swimming pool was my little ones favorite part, he's just shy of 2. They also provide Graco Pack n Play Padded crib yards upon request, if you have a little one tagging along there's no reason to pack and haul around your own. They're new and very nice. 10/10 reccomend. Especially with the price we were able to land on a Friday evening it was very affordable and our check out time was at 12pm the following day (without asking for a late check out)

By far, the best hotel we have visited in a very long time! The made to order breakfast was over the top. Service was great, the rooms were completely clean, and the pool/gym area was so relaxing and well organized! The next time we visit Tulsa, we will definitely be coming back here!
