The clothes are very trendy. The store is set up well. And the CLEARANCE area always looks fabulous not to mention the bedding area! JAMIE at the customer service counter, fast and works the hardest of all... And she also works the drapes and the mattresses and she knows EVERYTHING about them! Very friendly employees as well.

Clothing has top of line materials consistently. Great people working there: helpful, kind, thoughtful and much more. The Labor Day sales up to 80% off is the time to really save on quality clothing and items.

No pressure and received a discount coupon for 30 percent off as I was shopping. Found the sizes and colors of clothing that I wanted.

Love their sales, the girl at that rang my purchase up said the jewelry I bought was $27 each. I went to the jewelry counter and the lady she fixed it and they were less than I thought. The employee were very nice and they were very busy

Found my curtain rod and drapes on sale and when I opened a charge account they took $43.00 off my total! WOW! I looked at 12 stores before I went to Penny's and they were the only one that had the rods and drapes I needed.

The employees were kind and helpful! The store was clean and well stocked.

Great customer service! I did not pick up my photos from 2019 and they called me 2022 to pick them up. I am grateful that they called me! They could have thrown they away but, they took care of me. Thank you portrait studio!

I bought some jewelry, and the sales rep was so polite and helpful. I looked for coupons to help assist with my purchase , didn't try to rush me, and was very patient.

Wife and I did some serious after Christmas shopping, and found exactly what we needed. Store was not busy and we found that everything we wanted was on deep discount after Xmas sale. Store was well organized and very clean. Sales person whom check out our purchases, was extremely helpful and even found a extra coupon discount (on top of of the other included discounts) for my wife's on-line order when could not find her petite size in the store. Overall, could not be happier with total buying experience. 👍

I love this store and the people working here. It's JCPenney, so you know what to expect. Their sales are phenomenal. I will be sorry to see this place go if they go under.
Btw, I was impressed with their toy selection in particular. They're where we go to buy toys now because of their selection and reasonable prices. Always something on sale that my daughter can't live without, and I'm more than happy to buy it for her being that it's on sale for a great price.

I have stopped here for many years my favorite store in our mall they have great sales and good buys overall. ❤
