White River Fish Market

I've been here a few times now and it has always been excellent. I got the grilled salmon with corn on the cob and coleslaw. The salmon is cooked perfectly and is great with just a little lemon on it.

I've been going to White River for years, and it still holds my number one spot for seafood in the Tulsa market. While you can't go wrong with either location, this review is specifically covering the Broken Arrow location. The food is excellent with a wide variety of both fried and broiled options. I love the fact that I have a place where I can get things like sea bass, alligator, and more that you don't normally see on most menus. They also have a market so you can buy fresh seafood directly from them in case you want to do your own cooking at home. I would highly recommend this for anyone who enjoys great seafood!

This place is excellent. So many options. We had Red Snapper, Shrimp & Scallops, Red Beans & Rice, Onion Rings, Hush Puppies, and more. It was all delicious. Me owning a Butcher Shop it was near to see their selection of raw seafood that you can purchase and take with you in their Seafood Market. Definitely recommend this place.

Wow! Very impressive experience. From the staff and the manager. The food was awesome. Being a professional chef myself, this was a truly impressive meal. I ordered the Combo platter with side Fried Green Tomatoes. I wasn't disappointed! This is the worth the drive.

The food is so good that you will forget that you are in the middle of the country. The Gumbo never disappoints, crab cakes are as good as anything I had in DC’s finest and even the dessert is good.

We went last week for the first time since COVID. So many eateries are still struggling to return to the quality of food and service prior to 2020, but White River is the best! Great food, casual atmosphere, amazing staff! And OMG those hush puppies!!!

We stopped in to buy a few fresh catfish and ended up also getting some frog legs to go with. The wife cooked it all this evening and it was delicious. She's such a great cook!!
The place is usually clean, and the seafood is fresh and looks great.
They usually have a large selection and when we've ordered in it's always served hot and freshly cooked!
The atmosphere is like a cafeteria, where you get a tray, utensils and drinks, put in the order then wait until your food is ready.

The management and staff are always very nice and always professional.

My adult son requested seafood for his birthday meal. Broken Arrow doesn’t have a good selection of seafood restaurants but this one had excellent reviews so we thought we’d give it a try.
On entry the restaurant was clean and looked well kept.
A lady named Liset greeted us and was so welcoming! She explained the specials and the different types of fish 🐟 as I in particular do not care much for seafood.🍤
I chose the deep fried shrimp plate. My husband, son, and friend chose the Gumbo. Delicious. They certainly give you a plate and bowl full! We will return again and this time I am going to step out of my comfort zone and try the Halibut!

Great fish! Really excellent food, the staff are friendly and courteous, and I always leave happy. I've been going since before they opened the Broken Arrow location, and I'm glad that they came through covid. If you like fish, go there!

I came in for my first time here. The owner gave me shrimp cocktails on the house. I didn’t tell her but it happened to be my birthday! Everything is so fresh and you can taste the difference. The crab is sweet no need for butter. The scallops are so bouncy!

First of all, it is expensive. That’s expected of fresh seafood when you live in the middle of the USA. We just moved from the east coast so we’re familiar with seafoods & we enjoyed everything we got! Baked salmon and dinner platter. The scallops were the best we’ve ever had & I don’t like them usually. The hush puppies were not the best in my opinion, didn’t really like the unique spice in it - but what I am rating is the seafood, not the sides. We’ll be back!

I’m talking about buying FRESH fish. I’m new her from New England and so far these guys hands down! Fresh! And super nice!! Prices on par with New England prices so I’m very impressed. I bought halibut and scallops.

Just an awesome place to eat! The broiled sampler platter is delicious and cooked perfectly every time. Tried the red snapper this trip and it was incredible too, this is served with 3 pieces and is a huge meal. I highly recommend the pinto beans and onion rings as sides, the cole slaw is good too but not a standout like the other two. The side salad is clumsy and hard to eat being served in such a small dish with such large pieces of lettuce. Lastly, the hush puppies are the best I've had from a restaurant; they're fantastic!

I had the broiled combo platter with salad and rice and I added a cup of Gumbo. All of it was great! The atmosphere was good with not a ton of people at 2:00 pm.

This place is not cheap, but the food is excellent. You can pick your fresh fish from the case and tell them how you want it prepared. The scallops are some of the best ever.

The food was delicious, it came out only 5 minutes after we ordered, the service was phenomenal, the waitresses catered to all of our needs, I highly recommend.

Best grilled Halibut in Tulsa. Service is always exceptional!

Love white river!!!! We got the fresh oysters from the market as well as a full lunch. Everything was cooked to perfect and tasted excellent!
