I went to a different pain management doctor, previously, for about 18 months. Every visit was the same- I was greeted with a cold stare from a receptionist, asking for my name and co-pay. Then I had to wait 45-75 minutes after my appointment time they’d call my name to give my sample. After that, I was led back to another room, where I’d wait for another 20-30 minutes for the practitioner to come in. The “exam” was done in about 2 minutes, and then I’d just leave!! My drive to this practice was 1.5 hours, each way. I never felt like I was heard, and I never felt like my concerns were addressed.
BUT- when I switched over and started coming to see Dr. Caldwell, everything was different!
The moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by a very warm and genuine smile from the receptionist, who later told me her name was Rhonda. Every interaction I have with her is kind and sincere. She asks about my day and my family, and we have an actual conversation while getting the necessary paperwork out of the way.
The same goes for Dr. Caldwell. She takes the time to listen to your ailments and concerns. She discusses various treatment options that may be done, and allows you to be involved in your plan of care, which I love and appreciate. If something changes or you feel like it’s no longer working, Dr. Caldwell will actually listen to you and make adjustments and changes in order to try and find something that works best for you. She is truly wonderful!! I’m so glad and thankful she’s my doctor!😊

Total Health Well Clinic welcome their patients with a friendly smile. Soon as you come into the door the receptionist is smiling and welcoming you. They make you feel comfortable and at home. The doctors and nurses take the time to talk and listen to the patients closely. They go over any results with you and explain it to you if you do understand it.

The office/waiting room are both so nice very comfortable and so clean, the wait time is exceptional in and out....Dr.caldwell and the rest of her staff ,they're all such wonderful people always greeting you with smiles... If it wasn't for her I would have lost my wife, now she is home with me ....l highly recommend anyone looking for not just pain management, but primary Care as well to go discover the experience... U will not b disappointed.....

I started going to pain management in 2018 I think, Mrs Rhonda is the greatest from day one she helped me through the whole process.
And we'll make sure that you are comfortable. Now that she's with doctor kammy.

I absolutely love her. She knows about and understands a bladder disease I have. I have back problems too, and she did a CT scan to check on everything. She is willing to listen to her patients and actually help them, she doesn't just give you meds and send you on your way. I hate doctors that just want to get the patients in and out as quick as possible. They never take the time to listen and help. But Dr Caldwell is just amazing.
