Here’s what I have to say about this home town diner… we called ahead (only about 30 minutes) and reserved seating for over 20 people! They were super accommodating and had everything ready before we arrived. They have a back room that was perfect. The food is fresh and just what you would expect a country diner to offer. You get allot of food for the money, for sure.

The staff went out of their way to make our time there enjoyable. Hamburgers, catfish, or chicken fried steak… and all the fixins!

Yes this food taste just as good as it looks ! Everything we had was so delicious. Taste just like home cooking. Restaurant is very clean and well decorated. Skylie was our waitress and one of the best waitresses I ever had. She was friendly but, not over friendly like most. (I can’t stand sugar, honey, baby etc.) I hope we get her everytime we go back.

Good home style cooking. I haven't had a dish that I didnt like!! Service is IMPECCABLE!! Try the fried and grilled catfish, both are AWESOME!!

Always great home- cooked meals, we eat there often... great service and the cat fish is delish!

Great food! Found this little place exploring the marina area and stopped for lunch. The cheeseburger basket was a very good deal. Fries were great and the burger was about the best I've had, like homemade! The meat was very high quality and prepared with care. The fried pickles are highly recommended. Blackberry cobbler berry good.

I had the afternoon catfish special. This included the fish, pinto beans, hush puppies, okra and fries. That ALOT of food for $7.99. The fish was excellent. If I am ever back this way, I will definitely be back.

Russ's Restaurant is always one of my favorites.. the grilled chicken dinner is amazing, best gravy for miles...

This place was a last minute pick for us. We were travelling and needed to eat. Man did we make the right choice. Everything we had was delicious the staff was super friendly. We will be making this place a normal stop when traveling through Oklahoma!

The chicken fried steak dinner was awesome.

Food was great their catfish, beans, coleslaw, and tarter sauce were excellent! Service was a little slow, but, I was there during lunch rush, so that's very understandable. They also have senior lunches and dinners priced perfectly.

I keep coming back for Russ' fried chicken. I don't know if they use a cast iron skillet (I'll have to ask next time) but it's maybe the best fried chicken I've ever had. 3 piece for just under $10 and they'll substitute. A breast and two thighs is a huge amount of bird. I eat the breast and sides and I'm done. 2 thighs to take home. Both styles of pork chops are fantastic but I just can't get past their fried chicken. Best Restaurant in Wagoner! 👍 👍 👍s Up!

We go every Wednesday. We love catfish and Russ's is really good it is cooked just like we like it. The other food looks very good too. But we always get the catfish. Try the Gumbo. Just go try it for yourself you'll go back I guarantee it. My daughter and son-in-law come from Grove we meet there for a late lunch.💕💕💕

We love this place. Obvious well trained staff-you get consistent food every time. Nicest waitresses make you feel like family. Affordable. It's a great little stop.

I really enjoyed this Little Gem in Wagoner. We have lived here about 5 years, and sadly just recently heard of it. I must say for me it's the best catfish I've ever had. Definitely no mushy or muddy taste. Fresh and crisp made when you order. The chicken tenders were also excellent. Very good coleslaw and perhaps the best tartar sauce I've ever had. I'm eager to go back.

Nice little family restaurant. Came here with some of my gf family and enjoyed the food a lot. Even just the pickle off my burger was amazing. 10/10 would like to return

Our goto place for both dine in and take out. Our favorites are their fried chicken, hamburgers, and catfish. The brown beans are always good. Very good home style cooking.

Best catfish around, they cook it just the we like it. We drive from Grove and my parents drive from Tulsa and we meet there for a late lunch.

Excellent staff. Very kind and patient and very attentive. Price was excellent for the amount of food. The fish was great. We were camping from out of town and decided to stop in before we headed back home. So glad we decided to stop. We had all the kids with us and it was kid friendly. They had crayons and coloring sheets for the kids. We will be back, when we are back in town.
