I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for the wonderful treatment I received while I was a patient at your hospital. Everyone I came into contact with, from the front desk to the nurses, therapists and physicians, were incredibly nice and caring from the very beginning. You all helped me feel comforted and supported even in a difficult situation. The nurses and therapists went above and beyond by giving continuous support and care. My entire experience was significantly better due to their kindness and concern. I really value how pristine and pleasant the facilities are; they provide a healing atmosphere. The emotional support I got from everyone at Encompass was equally as important as the medical care. Little things like warm smiles and tiny gestures made a big difference in my experience and made me feel like a person, not simply a patient. Thank you.

I recently stayed at a St. John Rehabilitation Hospital and it was awesome. The people who work there are super nice and the place is very clean and comfy. Dr. T and nurse leader Susan were amazing and really helped me get better. Susan and her team made sure I was always okay and made me feel cared for. I had therapy that was just right for me and made me stronger every day. Everyone there, even the patients, were really supportive and friendly. I’m really thankful for all the help I got at St John’s. Dr. T,Susan, and everyone else made it a great place to heal. If you need help getting better this is the place to go.

Finding the right words to express how grateful I am for St. John Rehab in Broken Arrow is challenging, especially when it comes to the care my sister received after her stroke. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the staff was dedicated, professional, and deeply compassionate.

Among the many skilled therapists and caregivers, Teresa in therapy stood out. Her expertise, patience, and encouragement played a pivotal role in my sister’s recovery. Teresa didn’t just provide therapy; she provided hope, motivating my sister through every step of her rehabilitation with a perfect blend of kindness and professionalism.

The facility itself is welcoming and well-maintained, which made a difficult situation a little easier for our family. Every staff member we encountered showed genuine concern and went above and beyond to support not just my sister but our entire family.

St. John’s didn’t just meet our expectations; they exceeded them. They’ve made an incredibly tough time in our lives much more bearable. Thanks to their exceptional care, my sister has made significant progress, and we are optimistic about the future. For anyone in need of rehabilitation services, I cannot recommend St. John Rehab in Broken Arrow highly enough. They truly make a difference in the lives of their patients and their families.

My stay at Encompass Health was great. All of the staff that I had was caring and compassionate. I would highly recommend Encompass health to anyone needing rehabilitation service. I will really miss Kendra, Stacia, and Austin.

Stayed ten days after surgery for a broken femur. Therapists were great, caring, made me feel confident to go home. Nurses and nurse techs and social workers were also very positive, helpful, and attentive. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was well cared for. Also very nice facilities with warm, pleasant rooms and pretty garden area.

The staff of nurses, PT's, OT's and aides were very nice amd attentive. My only complaint was the food which I would rate as a "1" if I was rating it by itself. After being at St. Francis where they have excellant food it was a disappointment. You need to eat when you are healing. The food needs addressed. I am sure I probably lost around 10 pounds while I was there. Most everything tasted like green peppers and onions. The deli food food in any grocery store was better than the food at St John's. It really needs addressed. Hospital food doesn't have to taste bad.

The facility is clean, the employees are were are very kind. The care of my niece was amazing.

I was there for a week two years ago in November 2019, with a pelvis fracture (crack-no surgery). They were wonderful. They had available, and in fact required, plenty of showers. Food was great. Staff was sufficient in number. Nurses, techs, therapists, and doctor were dedicated, courteous, and seemed very knowledgeable. Program was very organized, although it could have been more rigorous with more or longer therapy sessions. And, I never had to wait long upon ringing the call bell for assistance.

I am currently here, for a broken pelvis and tailbone. I have had nothing but excellent care here. The staff is very knowledgeable and compassionate. Food, imo, is excellent, great menu selection and amounts. Duh it's bland- you season yourself bc not everyone can have salt🤦‍♀When I press the nurse call button, longest its taken has been maybe 4 minutes? People Need to realize there Are other patients and these nurses Are doing their very best. If you have to wait a few minutes, you should Not gripe. I've spoken with Dr.T every day and couldn't have received a better Dr. I am so very impressed with this facility and the people here. I was Very anxious and nervous when I got here, never had anything like this happen to me,but All the people here have made me feel very comfortable from day 1! Even Chuck, transport was awesome. Dr.T, Shonda, Shannon, Kylie, Emily, Brittany, Megan, Kalab, Carson, Greg, Kristy, Lily, Andre- they've all been absolutely wonderful. And I k owing the nurses and staff I didn't meet-I highly doubt there anything but great too. God bless them all❣🙏🦋

My mom just spent approximately 20 days in this facility. Due to Covid there was no visitation except through her window and via phone. I did however get to visit the facility once and it is so clean and nice inside. The staff were wonderful. If you ever have a loved one in need of some physical therapy or rehab I highly recommend this facility!

I wish to once again thank the staff for all their help and support during this difficult time.

I have been here a week. The staff is awesome and the facility equipment is tops. Most of all the treated me like family. I rang my bell of success to home.

Fantastic, experienced, talented staff who really care about their patients and patient families short and long term success. Amazing therapists, kind, caring nurses, doctors and techs, attentive efficient administration. Just a great group of people and a very nice facility.

They took great care of me during my stay. My rehab was very helpful. The entire staff is excellent!

My Mom was here for 12 days after a full hip replacement. She had fallen and broken her hip. She said everyone was super nice and helpful. I was so relieved she was in such goods hands since I couldn't be there due to covid-19.

I would like to Thank all of the staff who worked with me you all are wonderful you do a wonderful wonderful job.

Everyone there super ! In and out x-ray ,MRI saw the doctor after radiology got done maybe 1hour and a half .
