Appointments are easy to make online and I’m always in and out fast. The Front desk receptionist is very nice and professional. My kids love the nurses and doctors there. They listen thoroughly to my concerns each time and always fix our health issues and get us medication needed super fast. Very convenient!

I am from out of state and the staff treated me like I lived here all my life. They were very friendly and polite. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in words I could understand. I would not hesitate to come back to them again.

I am beyond happy with the level of care we received. The staff is the best I have ever dealt with at a medical facility. They were quick, kind and caring. The receptionist that helped my daughter and I get checked in (less than 30 minutes before closing) put us at ease and got us taken care of within minutes. Thank you to the ladies that were there.

Staff is so friendly and attentive to your needs. There's almost no wait at all. They really take the time to go over things with you. Will definitely use again.

Wonderful experience! Was able to get a quick appointment online- upload my information and take pictures of my cards. Walked right in to this incredibly clean facility and only had to wait moments to see someone- will definitely use them again.

They were efficient, caring and knowledgeable. I came away as comfortable as if I had gone to my primary care doc. This was my first experience with an urgent care facility and I will definitely go again if I cannot get into my PC! Very grateful for the excellent service.

I received a rapid Covid test in the parking lot, and although it ended up being positive, I still had a great experience. The person testing was knowledgeable and fantastic collecting the specimen. It was completely painless where it has been very painful at other medical centers. I received the results promptly. This wasn’t my first visit to MedWise. I have been very pleased each time and your reputation in the community is wonderful. ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was our first visit. My daughter was able to be seen quickly for a sports injury. I booked her appointment through their website. The online patient forms were a breeze to fill out. All I had to do was check-in on an iPad upon arrival. Everyone there was very friendly & the facility was exceptionally clean. I would return in the future.

The Medwise staff did amazing with our kids. We got a same day appointment and got in very quickly. They were very kind and respectful. They had us in and out pretty good experience

Did the online scheduling. No paperwork needed in office. Insurance and ID uploaded online.
No wait and wasnt busy. Facility was very clean in appearance.
Intake staff were nice and took the copayment quickly.
Female Provider, I believe a P.A. but the title may have been more.
She had a great bedside manor.
Discussed what she knew, suspected and expected to happen.
Received different tx than anticipated but all is well that ended well (thus far..;).. )
Very pleased overall. Will not hesitate to visit this location if needed in the future.. and reccomend.

Receptionist, nurse, and provider were all fantastic. What a relief! Much better than I expected from an urgent care. They all listened to everything I said and the doc did a thorough exam of everything I complain about. Will go back again if need be.

Fast and efficient! The ladies were all so sweet to our Bella (2yo with an ear ache) and even let her listen to her heart with the stethoscope!! Great place!!!

We had issues with my husband getting his Covid test at Walgreens because they kept trying to contact the wrong insurance division. We called Med Wise and got in immediately for a curbside Covid test and quick results! Very impressed!

I used mobile check in and forms. This was very simple to use and made my visit super fast and easy.
Very quick waited a short period and got results in mere minutes!

I’ve been really sick and needed to have a COVID test done.
I drove up, called number and they were out quickly to give my test.
Drove back home and 20 minutes later had results.
Fast service!

I cut my finger with a rotary cutter and they were very awesome got me fixed up in no time. Thank you all so much. They was friendly and made me feel 1000% better about my finger and how worried I was!! Awesome stuff.
