Done my taxes, messed them up then never return phone calls never in office

Paul had my taxes & accounting documents out of a wk & a half I went by I've called left messages no return calls & our business taxes or accounting issues we're done! Bad business totally unprofessional conduct irresponsible totally! Put us in a very bad predicament!
