Flat Rock Creek Public Use Area

Had a great time while we were camping little cold for fishing but I had a wonderful time there was quiet not a lot of loud noises back in touch with nature.

Nice lakefront camping area. I was out exploring and I rode through on my Harley. I didnt see a single piece of trash, anywhere. Very well kept. The atmosphere seemed very peaceful. I was the loudest person there Lol.

Very nice. Had a good time. Wonderful couple next to us who made the stay enjoyable.

This is a beautiful park with meandering roads and widely spaced campsites. Every one has views of the lake. It's so peaceful and quiet. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring, paved pads, electric and water. Showers and bathrooms are available, though I haven't used them yet.
There are several sites that can accommodate even the longest RV rigs, and some can accommodate several vehicles. The T-mobile service is 3-4 bars with 4GLTE.
This is an ACOE, Army Corps of Engineers, park, which are, in my opinion, the absolute best value in camping.

Great family Get away.....only thing needed is some play ground equipment for kids....swings & slides would be great

Long RV spaces. 50 and 30 amp available. Quiet and well maintained

Fun little place! Very clean and kind staff at the front. It was hard to stake my tent due to the rock under the soil. Not the campsites fault obviously but something good to know. There is an area to swim at here and its pet friendly (leashes required). I would love to camp here again!

We love camping here. It's always very quiet and relaxing. I highly recommend these campgrounds

Visited Flat Rock Creek from March 22nd - 24th. We enjoyed our campsite, number 16 I believe. It was level and had a great view of the lake and close to the restrooms, although we have a travel trailer so we didnt utilize the their bathrooms much but some of guest did. The park was clean and everyone we encountered were nice, including the camp host.

It is a smaller camping ground compared to others we typically stay at. Overall the price was fair and we had a good time. I can foresee us returning in the future.
