Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tulsa S Broken Arrow Hwy 51, an IHG Hotel

We stay here everytime we visit. It's good location. Clean! Breakfast is ok. Just like at any hotel the eggs are weird. Wish they had more prepackaged so I could grab and go. Overall it's a 5.

Stayed in holidays all around the country, this location is hands down the nicest "express" I've seen. Lobby is one of a kind. Pool room is massive along with the fitness center. Even the breakfast area is bigger and nicer than normal. Then to top it off they have mini golf.. staff was very friendly and i have absolutely zero bad things to say about this location

I was there with my wife and kids in town seeing family and we found this hotel. It was in a quite part of town and right off the highway about 2 minutes off the highway. Joy was our check in and check out lady and both times she was as nice as can be and always smiling. The rooms were very clean and nice. The location was amazing and very easy to find. They have a indoor pool and MINI GOLF!!! DONT SKIP OUT 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND.

My kids stayed there this weekend for a basketball tournament & my 16 yr old daughter had an allergic reaction in her eye. I was 2 hours away and my daughter called me at 1:30am distraught. She is the manager of her big brother’s basketball team so there were no moms around for me to call so I did the only thing i could think of and that was to call the hotel for options. The front desk clerk, Natissha, went above and beyond to help my daughter. She helped my daughter when I could not. She was such a blessing. Holiday Inn Express in Broken Arrow is lucky to have such a fine employee. The world needs more kind people like her!

Very nice hotel would really recommend. The staff and the rooms were very nice. Joy is a very excellent front desk lady. Smiled the whole time and very informative about the information about the hotel. She needs a raise or a promotion she is very good. The rooms were like a 5 star hotel they are so beautiful and nice will def be back.

Joy lady in front was very nice and friendly. Very hard worker and gave us all the information we asked for and then some. She so nice always smile and greeting us as we walk in to the hotel. Rooms were clean and very nice. Location is right off highway good spot to go if you want something close to shopping.

Hotel was very beautiful. i was there today as a guest in the conference room. Joy greeted all the guest as they walked in and left. Popcorn was freshly made and lemonade was very good not to sweet perfectly made. Thank you for having us today!!!

So easy to find off highway and front desk lady Joy was beyond friendly she was so nice and sweet. Rooms were cleaned good would say excellent but had some hairs in the tub but no big deal. Would definitely be back.

Very comfortable and so friendly. Breakfast was good and tasty. They are right next door to Bass Pro and restaurants. I'll definitely be back.

My daughter and I stayed here for her special 10th birthday overnight. When we checked in the ladies at the front desk asked the reason for our visit. Later that night after we came back from the pool we found a gift bag and card for my daughter in our room. A birthday gift from the staff (Amie)!!! What?!?! How special. :) Our stay was wonderful. The room was very clean, beds very comfortable, pool area big clean & easy to breath indoors and obviously seriously great staff!! Don't hesitate, book your stay!

We stay here when we come to visit our daughter. Clean rooms, great service. Friendly staff. The pool was clean. Military discount given. Breakfast is ok. I wish they had a waffle maker. 🧇

Stayed one night. Was quiet and a great location. The bed was comfortable. We will stay again definitely.

This review is because Amie was amazing... even at the end of her shift she was still smiling, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. This was our first hotel stay since we moved here and we finally got to have one night out because we to small kids and she made our 16 anniversary great... thanks for not just being an employee but a leader in your role. When we come back we will be looking for you.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bed is so comfortable! The hot breakfast was an added bonus.

But the customer service was exceptional. Every employee we encountered greeted is. And many asked if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. This location got it right! And that's saying a lot because I'm picky.

This is our third time to stay at this location, and it's always been very pleasurable! We were staying in a suite and was unaware that our daughter would be joining us later that night. We asked for a blanket and cot and the guy offered to change our room if we wanted with 2 beds. We liked where we were at, so we opted for the cot instead. He immediately brought it up and we had plenty of room to move around once it was set up. Our daughter said it was very comfortable and enjoyed the extra blanket. The breakfast area isn't large, but they always have good, hot, and fresh selections. We will stay again when in the area.

Very clean and well kept. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Great price compared to other hotels nearby. Don’t let the “2 star hotel” fool you, this is a very nice hotel. Not luxurious but new, clean, comfy beds, large rooms, etc. A/C key the room ice cold all day and night. We will be coming back for sure.

We found this establishment in the middle of labor day weekend at last minutes notice. The front desk was very helpful to my wife booking our stay in route to it's location. The rates were competitive with the surrounding hotels. The establishment was well lit and easy to find just off the interstate. It looked to be one of the newer hotels in the area. The entire facility was clean and well kept. Our room was spacious and clean. All the amenities were functioning properly, as was the HVAC. Amenities include a indoor pool and putt putt golf. Comfy beds and fluffy pillows were a welcome experience. They provide continental breakfast, as well. It will be our choice for future visits to the Tulsa/Sand Springs area.
