The Staff was very professional, and always courteous, It was nice Breakfast Bar, The fitness center was Nice n Clean. Rooms was stocked and clean Also, even though they got Renovation going on Place was an Absolute amazing experience.Management was courteous and concerned about Your Stay being Very satisfying.

We came from just across the expressway for 3 nights when our air conditioning quit during the 100* days starting August 1st. The beds were SO comfortable, the air conditioning is wonderful (with no humidity and damp smell that many hotel rooms have). The 2 burner stove and small fridge/freezer were perfect for preparing some of the food we brought from home, and the perfect cookware/utensils were provided. I had a tooth extracted the same day our air went out...needless to say I wanted to relax in the cool quiet and this was perfect. Breakfast was very good, and lucky for us, that wonderful bacon was served with our eggs and waffle.There are many other places in this mile square to choose from. I'm so glad we chose the perfect one.

Continental breakfast was above average, rooms were super nice ours had 2 bedrooms a living room and a full kitchen great for when your there for a few days or more

Ali checked us in a gave us a wonderful welcome. She was efficient and she made us feel welcome. Natalie checked us out today and was wonderful to work with as well. The final bill was correct and she gave us a nice send off. Gloria, breakfast area was kind and allowed me to pick up a carton of milk after breakfast hours so I could take my meds. Our stay at the TownePlace Suites was much nicer due to the hard work of these 3 employees.

Great customer service, great rooms, and great location within walking distance to food and drinks. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Room was clean and good size. Easy parking and departure. Only one downside is noise. Woke up at 7 am to door closings in the hall ways. Due to how I think the building was built, the door close hard. Would stay here again if work brings me back to the area.

I travel frequently and stay at a lot of different hotels. From start to finish this was possibly one of the best experiences I have had at a stay. The staff, the amenities, the room cleanliness, the breakfast. One thing in particular I liked was the mobile desk they have in the room, this setup very nicely for work/using laptop. Location is great with a lot of good restaurants and convenience stores in the area, location felt safe. Victoria and her staff were beyond accommodating, assisted me with a late checkout, made sure if there was something I needed they would do their best to accommodate me. The difference between ordinary and extraordinary... it really is that little extra.

Amazing place! Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great, fast check in/out. Nice modern rooms and kept up well. Felt more like a furnished apartment. My wife and I were surprised to see a whole kitchen set up with pots/pans, mugs, plates, silverware, and dish tablets included. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Martha checked me in promptly and was very kind!! I had traveled in from Houston for a funeral and only had one hour before I had to leave. The previous hotel I booked had no rooms available when I arrived. A huge shout out to Martha for eliminating my stress 👏🏻🎉The rooms are beautiful and spacious!! I would give this hotel 10 stars ⭐ ❤

The staff was extremely friendly! The hotel was clean and easily accessible. Our room was perfect for our family of 5. The pool was great for my family. We were even able to swim and use the mini golf of the hotel next door. The free breakfast was nice too. It had a good selection. I would definitely stay here again.

I had to stay here for several weeks recently. The staff were great. Administrative stuff gave me a very good rental rate. The cleaning staff kept the rooms and the common areas very clean and the hotel made a strong attempt to follow the Covid rules. Masks were required. The breakfast was great every morning. The facilities were very nice including the rooms and the gym. And the laundry. I would recommend this place highly to anyone especially if you have to stay for a while. It’s close to everything. The views are nice. The staff really make the place work well.

Nice area and quiet. Good healthy breakfasts served. Comfortable beds, hot water pretty much on demand. Photos were taken AFTER we slept lol.

Everything from the front desk staff to the housekeeper were beyond pleasant. The bed was more than comfortable

I had issues with my reservation and Lisa the General Manager went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. On the phone I mentioned my son would be celebrating his birthday and much to our surprise the staff decorated our room for his special day. Everyone was really nice and the hotel was well maintained and very clean. We will definitely be staying here again!

TownePlace Suites is The Place to stay in the Broken Bow/Tulsa area.
The staff is accommodating, personable and they do all they can to take care of you.
The suites are comfortable and very clean from top to bottom. We wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.
They are also family oriented and
if you have a pet, they are a member of your family.
You won't be disappointed if you choose TPS.

TownePlace Suites in Broken Arrow/Tulsa felt really classy when we walked in, and Megan at the front desk was courteous and prompt. The room was incredibly large with kitchen, 2 beds, 2 chairs and this walkthrough closet with two doors. Massive space. We got in from our event late and decided to hang out on the front patio near the fire pit to chat. The late night front desk person saw the weather was a little chilly and not only brought us a blanket, but also baked fresh hot cookies for us to enjoy around the fire! Breakfast was delicious, and while most hotels had sausage patties, this one had bacon in addition to eggs and breakfast potatoes. The staff was the most hospitable we've encountered on our trip, even allowing us a late checkout too. Before we left, the manager was at the front desk, making sure we had an excellent stay and sent us off warmly. Great service from beginning to end.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and I keep coming back.

The hotel is nicely redone. Very well-maintained overall. The rooms I have stayed in had king beds and full kitchen. They were spacious and clean! Beds in Marriott are always great.

You can borrow small appliances as/when needed. Parking is always included. There are a number of restaurants and stores nearby.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I would love to stay there again.

TownePlace Suites Tulsa Broken Arrow offered a pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing experience. The staff was wonderful, the hotel was very clean and the location is great.

The room is super comfy. Great bed, great shower. Plenty of storage space is you're staying a while. There's also a microwave, range, dishwasher and full size fridge and coffee pot -- dishes, silverware, and cooking supplies as well. I mostly relaxed and cooked in the room!

Complimentary hot breakfast is served every morning. They've got a fitness center, pool, AND hot tub as well. Parking is easy and it's right off the highway. I would highly recommend the Tulsa Broken Arrow TownPlace Suites to any and all travelers. Stay here!

Rooms are clean & quiet, breakfast is decent, good biscuits and gravy, tasty (fresh) waffles, plus they allow cats & dogs with a non-refundable pet deposit. Comfy beds, with lots of pillows. There is a Steak ‘n Shake, a marble slab creamery, and a Oklahoma Joe’s bbq in the surrounding parking lots, if you don’t want to cook! One of the front desk ladies who has long blonde curly hair and glasses- she is very kind and accommodating. We had to stay for 2 weeks while our house purchase closed, and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool is nice, and the internet is fast! :)

Convenient location, Hot complimentary breakfast, and spacious rooms. The lobby is simple but comfotable. There are a few televisions, a patio with grills and a fire pit for lounging. Outdoor pool is small and in an odd location. Rooms have a full sized refrigerator, dual burner stove, dishwasher, cabinets with cooking utensils and pots and pans. Desk is an adequate size, and has multiple plug ins. Bathroom is average sized, and the shower is comfortable height. Plenty of closet space with hangars. Staff is friendly and attentive. Plenty of attractions within minutes of the hotel's location.
