Smilepoint Dental Care Elgin

Took my daughters yesterday for a routine appointment and we had a great experience! The front desk lady, Kayla, and the assistant, Abby, were awesome! They got us in and out and answered all of our questions.

I have the worst fear of the dentist but I had the best experience with Smilepoint! Firstly, everyone was so friendly as soon as you walked in. The dentist was knowledgeable, quick and precise in his cleaning and fixed a cavity for me. I will definitely be making this my regular dentist!

Kayla was very helpful when I had to schedule and then reschedule appointments due to my schedule. She was very friendly as well. It's nice to see a smiling face when walking in the door of a dentist office!

My son, Kayden McClendon loves this place!! Everytime we have had an emergency situation they have managed to squeeze him in and do whatever is necessary so he didn't have to suffer. The staff, especially Abby has always been exceptionally friendly. Oh and the best part he gets coins to get prizes each time we visit. 😀♥

Had my first treatment done with them today and they took great care of me. They took their time explaining all the things they were doing and making me feel comfortable the whole time! Front desk staff was great at explaining all the payments options and took the time to answer my questions when i was confused and extremely friendly!

Kayla, Abby, Tammy & Dr. Song all make my experience smooth & simple, the atmosphere is very comfortable. My questions were all answered & concerns addressed, & they even have a great credit plan (Basis) available that I was approved for, multiple times for different treatments! I'm super glad I found Smilepoint Dental!

ETA: After my first procedure, I was unbelievably relieved at how smooth everything went once again & with very little discomfort! Dr. Song is amazing & I already feel like he's transformed my whole mouth, so I'm really looking forward to everything yet to come!

ETA 2/28/24: After 4 fillings & 3 extractions now, along w/cleanings, I feel literally NO PAIN, & I can tell you that this is the place to go for all your dental needs. With about 2/3 of my treatment plan complete, I am above and beyond impressed with the services, and will continue to recommend to everyone I know to go here for dental work!! Thank you again, to the entire staff, I appreciate you so much!!!

From the welcoming nature of the front desk staff to the caring concern of the dental assistants and the good attention of the doctor, SmilePoint was great to me and I will definitely go back.

Kayla was great about getting my appointment and my son's appointment scheduled together so we didn't have to come back another time. Everyone in the office was great!

Kayla at the front desk is absolutely amazing! She made it so easy to set up appointments for both my kids and was very knowledgeable about which insurance they do and do not take.

Like everyone else, I've always hated to go to the dentist. But this was the best I've had yet in service and quality.

Great experience! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. When the insurance I thought I had wasn’t active, they jumped right in and solved the problem! The exam and cleaning was great - absolutely no reservations in returning!

My husband got over 11k worth of work done and we were concerned about his healing but the Dr walked us through everything even going so far as to talk to us on the phone about what to expect when we had questions.
