Farmer Family Practice

I have Robyn Farmer for my doctor, I've only been with them for not even a full month yet. She has helped me more in this last few weeks then my last doctor of 4 or 5 year's. Im so happy i got referred to her because all my problems seemed to be getting worse and Robyn is very caring, helpful, wants to help get everything fixed at much as possible. And the biggest part for me is with the problems i have been having with my age, she doesnt look at me like im making it all up and doesnt judge me or anything. My last doctor made me believe that i was making it all up and making me think it was all in my head and put me down all the time. My first visit with Robyn was the best feeling ive ever had with any doctors. Im very grateful for everyone at the farmer family practice everyone is very nice and will take care of you the best they can. I would recommend everyone to this place.

I like this place with has the people are nice the place is very clean there isn't a long wait for your appointment they also do video appointments which really helps dr. Robin actually listens to you and tries to explain things to where you can understand what it is she's trying to relate to you she will also help with any problems that might arrive around the office and I think that's great her sister Jennifer also take care of my kids and grandkids so our whole family really likes these ladies thank you very much for your service

Hard to get ahold off or get a call back from. Used to be good now I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Wanted to charge me a visit to get a Dr note for a existing condition. If they had a rating lower than zero that's what I would give them.

Called for a issue. Had a telehealth visit.Tuesday. Was taken off duty. Was overcharged for visit. Let receptionist know. Todays Friday I was supposed to have a CT Scan the stupid nurse did not code it correctly to BCBS. Which means it can take up to 30 days to get the scan. So when i tried to get them to change it, the snotty receptionist was rude. When i asked to speak with Jennifer I was met with " thats not going to happen" So i lay here Friday night without the CT scan. Im still off duty and have no idea whats wrong. Ask me if this group called to see how their patient was. They have not.They are rude and quick to take the money slow to deliver care. I called my Insurance advocate who got it straightened out with the Dr. Office. They never have called me to update the status of my test at all.....seeking a different. Doctor

Made an appointment. Went to appointment only to be told that I do not have an appointment. Even though I was sent all of the paperwork and a text confirming my appointment.🥴
