Dr. Belk is great. He listens to your issues and doesn't try to push a lot of extra medical procedures (lab work etc.) Staff is always very friendly. Always get my perscriptions called in quickly so I can pick them up before going home.

I seen dr. Belk f w years ago till I moved ,vnowvi going back, hope he's as great as he was then!!!

Probably one of the best Dr. visits I have ever had. Dr. Belk is awesome!!!

Very thorough

This is the second time going to this facility.
Both times dr. Belk has been awesome but unfortunately the staff not so much.The first time I went in for a referral and in 8 months still nothing called and spoke to them multiple times in that time period they reassured me they would get the issue resolved never have. And then I went in today and they can't seem to send in the prescriptions that they told me had been sent in while I was standing at the window.

I have been trying all day to get a telehealth appointment with Dr Belk and the lady Kristy that they keep connecting me to is very rude, im very sick to the point of coughing up blood from coughing so much and so hard, im very congested with a runny nose and i cant take a deep breath as im having shortness of breath, im also a diabetic and i was denied carr as kristy stated she was advised not to give me a telehealth appointment as our insurance company said we are not covered, ww just hung up with them and they stated we are covered, kristy has been nothing but very rude she stated she will not give DR Belk any messages for me because he doesn't give free service and i never ask for anything free as i work in the medical field myself, it is very wrong and rude, we have never been with a DR that the nurse denied us the right to give our Dr a message. Dr Belks wife got on the phone after a lengthy hold and was very hostile and cussing, she was talking to another patient about her past of being ghetto, I have heard from others she's got anger issues and very rude we will definitely find another doctor due to her.

I was not Impressed with the office. The staff was nice, however I felt that my concerns were waved off. I needed my meds and was never called back after giving my information.

No in house testing.
Does not test blood sugar on a known diabetic.
Does not return calls.
He ended up sending a letter to say he could no longer be our dr.
I wouldn't recommend him.
