This place has saved mine and numerous others lives! Everyone that I have dealt with here over the years is VERY knowledgeable and they go above and beyond in assisting and helping people in whatever the case may be. The compassion and empathy they use with their clients shows in the recovery of each individual. If you go into treatment here giving it your all then recovery is where you will be if that is what YOU are wanting. I'm living proof with five years of sobriety thanks to my and The Alpha Centers hard work. Nothing worth having comes easy but the employees of The Alpha Center will help you by giving you the tools to do so.

I’ve only really come in direct contact with Sharon T. I will start by saying - even upon entering the building, reception was so very kind to myself & everyone in the room. As for Sharon...she is nothing short of absolutely wonderful. She is thorough, kind, nonjudgmental and compassionate. She clearly puts her heart into her work and it shows. She simply wants the best for people. It’s obvious that she genuinely cares for each and every person she comes across. If I could give Her more than 5 stars I would. She gives A+ service in a time that can be extremely stressful and hard for people. I feel Privileged Having worked with her this far and look forward to learning from her in the future. I have had wounderful even enjoyable success with these peopal.Everyones so nice and eager to help you with whatever your going through.Their staff is also very knowledgeable and efficient.They've helped me through addiction,alcoholism,depresion,anxiety,and even got me my liscense back through ADSAP. I was an alcoholic addict ,with extreme depression and almost agoraphobic anxiety levels.ive been clean and solber for a year now,ive gotten pretty much over anxiety all togeather, and deal with my depression rather well now.thanks to the care and tools ive been blessed with there.extra special thanks to (Christina Jones). Awesome place with great counselors that really care about your recover. Also offer free services if you don't have insurance.

Everyone is very caring. If you put in the effort they'll help you with almost anything!

They don't seem like they care too much, rather turn you away than help you.

My daughter was seen here for a year, during that time her appointments were Friday evenings. The therapist when leaving for the day would yell or go up to the outside window yelling "bye" during her sessions totally unprofessional (it was the lady in the front office). Then in most visits they would discuss the therapist cat, and her pregnancy journey. I'm not sure why that helps a minor deal with their issue? Then at her last visit she was told they would start charging her. I thought, you'd basically be paying for friendship cause no help is being had, and sessions we're supposed to be 1 hour, but she would be cut short 15-30 minutes at times because of an AA meeting they had. So she stopped going, and they waited a year and a half to send her a bill, after being told it would be free up until the last appointment where she said they'd charge her. I'm sure they help some people but others suffer... We've since changed to a therapist in Columbia and it has been a wonderful experience.

Just wondering if the non caring Councelor ‘s there ever wonder what happens to the people they let fall through the cracks from their lack of compassion for people in their chosen profession. Maybe just having a title to feel important is all they are looking for. You chose your profession, these people did not choose addiction or mental health issues. Very sad

Councilors have no interest in helping. Very poor service and the desk lady has horrible attitude. Been coming for half a year and the stopped giving me medicine because theyre counselors quit every week. So had nobody to see me.

They just go with whoever makes referral to them. All bout money
