Government agencies are not known for being efficient or friendly, but this place absolutely is both! The folks who work here are super helpful and friendly, and I've never been in a government office that runs as smoothly. This office is RARELY busy, and the one time it was busy while I was there, I watched how efficiently everyone worked together to help people in a timely manner. Definitely a better option than any other office within 40 miles!

The people are so friendly and genuinely want to do what they can to help you! I’ve done everything from tag renewals to real ID to title transfer! Even if I moved to a different town I’d come back to this office for whatever I need.

Go at 9am Monday and not asould in line..... 10am the place is PACKED. (Also been around 3pm or when non-driving kids get picked up n empty too)

Service was great to begin with. Forgot my phone, lady ran out to my car to give it to me. Realized I had forgot my AirPod, came back and the same lady had it on the side waiting for whoever it might belong to.

Always great friendly folk's known Steve butler since 1999/2000 and he's always been a really great guy no matter what is going on him and the ladies there are kind and helpful. ❤🙏🥰

In and out for three year boat tags in about five minutes. Staff was friendly, patient, and helpful in answering questions.

When my daughter called to make an appointment to get her ID, the lady who answered the phone was so nice. It was good to see my daughter smile.
