I had car insurance with them for a few months due to them being cheaper than my current insurance company.The staff here is very friendly but not very knowledgeable about the monthly payments. I called several times to this local office and was always told to call the 1-800 number for them to answer my questions,then once I decided to go back to my old insurance company, I was told by the 1-800 number to go to the local office.It was alot of back and forth,very confusing and not very knowledgeable.
I think the company would be great if they had everyone on the same page.
