We moved down from Charlotte NC just a few months ago when the housing market was on fire and it was difficult to find much on the market. However, as strained as the market was, Brian did an excellent job finding us a home in Camden that we love! It is evident that Brian has been doing real estate in the area for a while because he knew all the people, the process and the area so well, it took a ton of stress off of us. Brian also did a great job listening to what was important to us and he help make sure the houses we looked at were all meeting what we were asking for. He was always calm and timely and the people and services he uses along the way have all been stellar. He is detail oriented and takes the extra time to make the best pictures are taken, the house is “staged” how you want it to look, and then he makes it accessible in all formats to people from all over that could possibly be interested.
