Fox Run

I have lived on the property for some time now and have only had a great experience. I have now lived in a 1 bedroom, 3rd floor apartment in the 300 building and now in a 3 bedroom in another building. The 3rd floor is my favorite! The high ceilings make the space feel even bigger and the large windows allow for tons of natural lighting. The property grounds are extremely well kept and maintenance can be seen doing work around the property often. The ladies in the leasing office are not only extremely friendly but very helpful. They organize fun events and activities for our community and are wonderful to interact with anytime you need anything. In all the time I have lived here, I have never had a negative encounter with any of my neighbors, everyone here is pretty friendly which makes for a peaceful community to live in. We have a BEAUTIFUL pool which is always clean. A good sized dog park, a gym and a community laundry room. Overall, I would say this is a wonderful place to live!

Without question, the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Courteous management, knowledgeable maintenance staff who worked quickly to get repairs done, super convenient way to pay rent...all this in a quiet environment. Not to mention the unique design of the interior of my unit. I'd recommend this complex to any and everyone in Camden and the surrounding area. If it wasn't for my job relocation, I'd still be there

Our family just moved in about a month ago. The Townhouse we moved into is beautiful beyond words! Sheria has been AWESOME to us! She has gone above and beyond to help us get into the home & get settled! This lady is AMAZING!! She has answered all of our questions & has just been an angel sent! Thank you for allowing us this opportunity to stay here at Fox Run! Best place in town!!

I’ve been staying here for a few months and I am really enjoying living here. I love that the office is always having something that the residents to participate in. Also, Sheria is so sweet. She’s been wonderful from since we applied until now. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I love it here! I love the people here! The office staff and maintenance is amazing! Apartment is great and I have great neighbors! I really enjoy the community events Sheria and Heather put on for the residents!

Only been here a month. My family and I are in the new townhouses. They are very spacious. Parking spaces are limited but so far I'm enjoying the quietness. Love the pool and gym. Everything is soo convenient too. So again, It's new to me and I have nothing but great things to say about Fox Run. Thumbs up to Sherri. She's amazing 👏

First I'd like to say that the townhomes are out and this world beautiful!! Second I'd like to say that Sheria is awesome, kind, welcoming, helping, down to earth and all around outstanding!! I had some issues getting a home at first, but she never give up on me. I was very discouraged, but she was confident then I would get a home at Fox run! Well let me tell you me and my family move in and no longer than two weeks from now and I can't begin to explain the joy that I have! I will forever be grateful for Sheria ♥ Thank you so much!

I lived here for a year and its hard to leave. Only leaving because of work. As far as apartment living it doesn't get much better than Fox Run. I moved down from NY site unseen and the Leasing manager answered every question and helped every way she could to help make the transition as smooth as possible. The grounds are always in perfect condition, the maintenance staff is always fast to respond to any issues. They are constantly making small improvements to the complex. The apartments are spacious with tons of storage room. I highly recommend Fox Run.

I rented for 2 years and highly recommended as a safe community in a great location. The staff is very responsive and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled timely and the office staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful. One of the few places that accept and actually love pets.

Fox Run is a quiet community just a few miles away from shopping and dining! Facilities are clean and well kept and management is always helpful! Maintenance will go above and beyond, as well!! Great place to live!

Sheria went above and beyond to help me with my application process. If she’s any indication of how the apartment facility is ran, I know I’m going to love living there. Can’t wait to move in! Thanks again Sheria!

Excellent apartment community in Camden, the only apartments in the area that offer amenities that include a swimming pool, gym, car wash, pet park etc. The community staff is helpful and always friendly. I highly recommend these apartments if you are looking for a quality place to live.

My daughter lived here several years ago. She loved it and she loved Edith. I visited several times and I, too, loved her spacious owned bedroom apartment. When I finally move down south, I will be living here , I hope!

Sheria with Fox Run Apartment is very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. She goes over and beyond the call of duty to help her customers and to make them feel at home.

I have lived here for over a year now and I love it! Heather, Thomas and Vince are amazing! If anything breaks its fixed right away. If I have any concerns Heather or Denise are always open to hear.

I’ve lived here for almost three years and have enjoyed it very much. Pool and amenities are always clean and well maintained. Management and staff never fail to respond to any issue presented.

Wonderful place! Sharia was so great at helping find an apartment that works for me.

My daughters and I lived there 8 years ago. We loved it and hopefully we will be back soon.

I have a great time with my husband living in the complex.
