Massey made the process of burying our loved one as easy as it could be, given the circumstances. Sherrie called us while we were on the way to the funeral home to get things started and kept in touch throughout the process. The team is top notch and goes above and beyond in helping your remember your loved one in creating a slide show video and printing a canvas picture of their photo. The entire team at Massey made the funeral process easy to understand and they did not try to force us to "buy-up" or spend money that we didn't need to. Their facilities are wonderful and provide a great atmosphere as everyone comes to say goodbye. Thank you, Massey!

My family member passed away on a Wednesday. Massey was notified the next day. Upfront, they created a very good memorial Video and obituary on the website that was easy to search for online. I show showed up to a funeral where the the viewing would be at 11pm, two hours before the service (1pm) at Massey. The building and viewing area was first class and that is were they stopped gaining stars! When the service ended, I bypassed the funeral procession headed straight to the cemetery in Nordheim. When I arrived the hole wasn’t completely filled. Also, the tent and carpeting wasn’t laid. The crew struggled to get it ready as the hearse pulled up. Now, here’s the icing on the cake, the tent was build right over the family burial plot of which seats over placed so that people could step all over my grandmother, her brother, and my great grandparents. I understand that sometimes that unavoidable but not when there is a twenty feet wide walk way next to the plot where the tent and seats could go. Also, the pallbearers were instructed by massey to carry the casket over the deceased dead brother’s plot and over the tombstone to get the casket on the proper stand. Because of this, they had to turn the casket to get it to fit over the tombstone. I’m pretty sure that my Great uncle is now resting on his side. This could have been avoided by simple going the other direction. I swear that a third grade class of special ed students could have developed a more respectful plan to do grave side honors with a tenth of the planning time. The whole process was not thought out and Massey relies on its website and funeral home compensate for their completely incompetent, totally unprofessional, and utterly disrespectful service to deceased persons.
