Ryan helped us sell our house over the course of a year and was patient with us as we waited for an offer that we wanted. When we bought a house he would show us any house we were interested, no matter how far away. It was great getting his perspective as a previous construction worker. He was able to inform us of potential issues or needed repairs, also reasons why a house was too little or too much that we weren’t taking into account. We ended up getting the house we wanted for much lower than we anticipated as he worked to get the price down within our budget.

Ryan worked with me to find the perfect home! He really listened to me about what I was looking for and showed me homes that fit my needs. He was very responsive throughout the entire process and answered all my questions. Because of his experience in real estate and homes in general, he was able to give me realistic estimates and suggestions on how to improve the homes we looked at and what to expect if I decided to buy them. As a single woman buying my first home it was really awesome to have him and his knowledge on my side. Ryan is very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and made my entire home searching and buying process easier. I would give him a thousand stars if I could and I would absolutely work with him again.

Our experience of searching for and buying a home was incredibly easy with Ryan.
We were moving back to our home area from out of state and were busy with job transitions and an infant - all in the midst of the hectic holiday season; Ryan quickly picked up on what method of communication was easiest for us and stuck with it, without any prompting from us. Selling my home of 23 years was so hard for me to do, but was needful. I am a widow and wanted a realtor that I could trust completely. After meeting with several different agents who would not listen to my needs and concern, wanting to sell my house for so much less than what I needed to purchase another house. I felt after meeting with them selling my house would be impossible. I knew nothing about selling a house, Ryan took the time to help me through each step of the process. Ryan was so very patient, kind and honest, looking out for my interest the whole time. He even met with two different contractors and explained to them what needed to be done to get my house ready to sell. He even made sure they did what they promised to do and not take advantage of me. I had a house in mind that I wanted to buy, he was very proactive in getting a contract on that house within days of becoming my realtor, he even obtained many extras from the builder. Ryan was, and still is, a huge asset to our buying experience. He was very conscientious about what homes we wanted to look at and made sure we wouldn't look at something we wouldn't be able to afford or regret purchasing. With his past experience in construction, he was helpful when seeing the potential with houses. When we found the house we wanted to buy, we hit a few bumps in the road, none with Ryan, but with our lender. I can't thank Ryan enough for helping us during this process. My wife and I first went to Ryan about home rentals because we NEVER thought we'd qualify for a home. After a couple of conversations, he said there was no risk to just check if we qualify and if not, then he would get us set in a rental.

Ryan called a few hours later and said we qualified for a home, which was a complete shock to us. In a matter of days, we went from gearing up for another move to a rental and all the problems that it entails to looking at homes. After looking at a few homes, we went to KB Homes and looked at properties that were nearing completion. We then were asked why don't we build our own home. Again, that was a question we never thought we would be asked. We talked it over and knowing that we'd need some time to get our finances in order, and the prospect of picking out all the options for our own home and not just settling, we signed the paperwork and got the process started. Ryan was good at telling us the good and bad aspects of building, but never once pushed us in any one direction.

During the six months it took for our home to be built, Ryan was there every step of the way with updates through text messages and our inquiries and anxieties about what was going on during the build. He came with us during the inspections and when we picked out options. His construction background was a real plus. He was always there with encouragement and honest opinions. I never once felt like a commission to him and shared in the joy with him when we were there for the closing. Even after our closing, he was always there for questions.

We had the pleasure of meeting Ryan in a walk-through of a completely unrelated home to the one we purchased. My wife and I were looking for a home in New Braunfels after having spent a year in an apartment in San Antonio. We are from Montana, so we didn't have much knowledge of the New Braunfels area.
