5D Steakhouse & Lounge

This was my first night. I was just hired and the whole staff was wonderful to me. This is an experience that everyone must have at least once. The food is very good. Kitchen immaculate and I learned that the customers I had the pleasure of meeting and serving are very loyal and friendly. I haven't met the family that owns the establishment, but I can gather from what I witnessed and heard..they are humble and very kind.

This is an upscale restaurant in Carrizo Spring and affordable specially for lunch . The pork chops were amazing,the Mac so creamy ,the g. beans fresh and the corn b so fluffy. Service and atmosphere was pleasant. I’ll come back for sure 😋

It was our first time here.
We ordered a steak , baked potato, and salad.
OMG
It was superb !!!
The steak was cooked to perfection, juicy, tasty,tender .
The salad was delicious, thousand Island was super creamy.
The baked potato was very well cooked.😋

Was an hour and a half away from home.
Will definitely go again......

Thanks again to our wonderful waitress & all the 5D staff who helped with our 20 year class reunion.

Great Catfish lunch! Delicious fish & fries. I love Cole slaw, but this was too creamy for me. The fries had some coating that I loved. Can't wait to try other items. Friendly, attentive staff.

I always enjoy the lunches; large servings for less than $10. I have enough for 2 meals with the lunch special! Large dining area with fast and friendly service. I also recommend the boudin balls.

Awesome concert with Chad Prather and the Ragamuffins.

We were visiting from Hawaii, dinner with family from Shriner, Yoakum, Cuero. I ordered the fried catfish. Delicious. Boubin balls and fried mushrooms..yum. hope to be back!

We came on a slow afternoon so we got all the attention of the waitress. She was super friendly a d even gave us a tour after we finished eating. The food was great steaks so tender and juicy. We drove 1 1/2 hrs and it was well worth the trip. We had neve been to a 5D but if they are as great as the one in Yorktown we will be visiting all of them.

Food was great! Music was a little loud and made it tough to talk, but I would go back for the food!!!

Excellent food, drinks and wait staff. A glitch in my order and they remade the whole meal which I insisted wasn't necessary!

Try the Punch Bowl but you will need to share it!

Definitely worth the stop.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The cheese fries, Mac n cheese, honey Chipotle chicken tenders and the fried catfish were all amazing.

I wish they had a better selection of higher quality whiskeys and tequilas.

Also, why on earth get rid of the fried Mac n cheese balls? :(

This was our first time at 5D. We were so impressed. We greatly appreciated how family friendly the establishment is. The wait staff were very attentive, personable and great with the kids. We were impressed with how clean 5D is kept. The menu offers a wide variety of choices. My club sandwich was excellent. The dance floor is great to boot scoot on. A 5 star rating isnt high enough for 5D in my opinion. 5D will now be our main go to place. Job well done everyone.
