Daughters phone was having trouble after software update. Took it here and got great service.

Not good at all. They need to upgrade their system so that major purchases can be done. Never was able to buy my phone.

OK Update. I went today and was able to purchase my phone. Customer service was excellent and I was out in no time.

I have been with Verizon since they were Houston Cellular and I believe it the best phone service, especially in my area.

Josh was a super big help. He was patient explaining what the problem with my new phone was. He was friendly with a ready smile and when he noticed I really did not understand, he took the time to use post it notes and a tablet to give me a visual. I feel confident I understand what the problem was and that it is actually fixed.

Good service quick in and out very knowledgeable

I am so impressed with the service and care I got through Philip. He was incredibly patient and payed close attention to detail to make sure I was setup on my new account with a new phone.

I came back in today to get a screen protector. I expressed to him how I couldn't get any of my pictures to sync. He took the time to figure out what was going on and was able to get them synced to my phone. Let me say there were some really important, sentimental photos that I thought were gone forever. It brought tears to my eyes that he could figure it out and get my pictures back.

Having issues with my charging port not working and a lot of dropped calls. The gentleman there cleaned the port which solves my charging issues and replaced my SIM card to take care of the dropped calls. Saved me the hassle of filling a claim. The young lady did a great job installing my new screen protector!!!

Every time I've had to come to this specific location (Liberty, Tx) I have had nothing but great experiences. Today I walked in on a whole store full of "new to me" employees and they did everything just right IMO. Staff was friendly and exceptionally helpful. Solved my issue and had me on my way in no time. Highly recommend this location!

Just got me a new phone at Verizon I'm liking it the customer service is awesome. The employees are very attentive an polite an it's location is convinent.. I am begining to discover my phone bill is costing me far more than I actually have to keep paying .. I'm strongly considering switching carriers . I suppose time will tell

We got a good deal from Verizon. Got the new Samsung S 20 Ultra 5G. Love 💘 it. Buy one get one free. Check it out. I have read some of the reviews and all I can say is I feel Verizon was our best choice. No dropped calls, no slow service. It even worked when I went through a dead zone. I live in the country and it was hard to get your phone to work. We were with Sprint and half the time I didn't even get my calls or text. And Sprint was higher in monthly payment. Not a problem now. So happy with the service.

This is a great place to buy a phone.The service is swift and the credit check( only hurts )but at least the cops waiting by the door didn't even harass me.I even managed to sit in the parking lot about 30 minutes trying to figure out how to make a call on my straight talk phone, without going to jail. Why my girlfriend passed a free one up that sure could of come in handy( being that )my phone has been hacked.has been for over a month now.yeah, as someone very close to me (toys )with my accounts online and apparently seems to be getting me in a bucket load of creative places.ive been held hostage in a parental control site stuck in a loop ,spinning circles( begging society for help )as my life falls out of control.
