Countryside Place

I usually love this HEB, but unfortunately I got a real scare when I visited this weekend. The lights went out and I didn't know whether to run out the door or just wait. Fortunately it was a legitimate problem, unfortunately the only 4 register's working also went out and all shoppers who were waiting were asked to leave.

This little store has things that the bigger HEB's don't have.

Although this is an older location, it's kept up well. They have a great selection of products and use the space efficiently.

I'll miss HEB when I head north, they have the best guacamole I've ever had, plus the salads are bomb and can't be beat by Walmart.

Goodwill, Sally's and HEB all in one place. Errands run!

It's different considering it's more like a stretched out mini mall at the moment I can't wait till they get the original HEB finished and rebuilt the one on Congress and Oltorf but as far as the temporary one right over there off of Congress it's not too bad try to get just about everything you need can't get any money orders so whatever

I went to HEB to get my license tag. Customer Service was nice, friendly and helpful.

Compared to 2 years ago this place has gone from my previous rating of 1 to a rating of 5. Our waitress was super friendly and nice. As full as it was she showed no distress. The food and seating was quick.

I like this HEB, they use to have this weird smell coming from the main entrance but i must say they took care of that. This HEB is way different than any other HEB i have been to, you have to buy bags here but they other HEB near my house you dont have to buy bags at all. I will say some of the staff member go above and beyond there job with no problems but then you have a few that really dont care about their job and they just there to collect a check. Management team at this HEB is strong and goal oriented and i love how they are passionate about the people who come there to shop. Some of the cashier are friendly and some aren't. I enjoy the weekly special they have but i have to travel to 2 HEB's because they both sell different items i be needing and thats crazy because they are the same supermarket. But i dont even complain anymore i just do my shopping for my family and get out of there. They do get crowded around 4pm, its like rush hour traffic in there lol. And the store is clean and they have hand sanitizer stations at the entrance when coming and leaving out, which is a plus for me. Can't remember if they have them in the store thru out the aisles because i bring my own hand sanitizer anyway.

It's a really big HEB with a large variety of food produce & household merchandise. Also have a wide selection of prepped food. And not to forget their fresh baked rolls bread and desserts.

It's a great HEB. It's seems like it is always busy. Thus location is close to IH35 and Wells Branch Parkway. It's got a drive through Pharmacy and it's been a staple in the neighborhood for a long time.

I L-O-V-E shopping at this HEB!!
It is older but the selections at this store exceed those that are closer to home.. closer to work.
And the staff here is great, too!

Love this/my HEB!

I went to get a money order at Ace off of Wells Branch. Lina was the assistant up front. I wound up doing more transactions, and there were 3 people waiting..she was so very calm, patient and professional. She never diverted her attention to anyone but myself. I definitely will return to that site again. And, there's a bunch of fast food in the same lot, so go when hungry!

Consistently friendly and helpful staff. Great prices as to not break the bank. Would recommend to everybody.

The security people that work there are very helpful and kind and all HEB employees that work there are never to busy to help you with something.
