After purchasing a Pathfinder for the wife I liked it so much that I decided to look at the Pathfinder Rock Creek. After reviewing the options I made the decision to return Mitchell Nissan to make the purchase. I called Cody and he said they still had it in stock and also had the low interest rates so I made the purchase. I love the way it drives and what it has to offer to my lifestyle. I could not ask for better treatment at Mitchell’s from sales to finance, and IT services. Thanks to all that were involved in my purchase.

We arrived and spoke with Jessica about our car and after a test drive and hearing her speak about the pathfinder we were sold on it. All the sale people were very nice as well. It was just a complete joy from start to finish!!

Everyone was so welcoming. The dealership was so clean and had everything you would need if you waited for any length of time. Our salesman Nekio was so nice and made us feel comfortable. We had no intentions of purchasing a new vehicle when we went to look, but with the experience we had, it was an easy decision.

I was greeted immediately after I got out of my car. The young man explained what I needed for my first 5000 mile checkup. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I left in a little less than an hour with an oil change, tires rotated and a clean car. Thank you for making this an easy experience

Over the years, I have purchased several vehicles from Mitchell Nissan. From the purchase to the follow up service it has been an absolute pleasure to work with them!!  I have had the privilege of working with John, Ross, Joy, Joe, and Brad, and they have always made me feel valued and appreciated! As a business owner myself I find it difficult sometimes to get my car to the dealership for service or repair. Joy Gibson has been amazing! She will pick up my car, take it to the dealership and bring it back when it's finished! You have no idea how much that means to me, she does it with a smile on her face and she always makes me feel like it is her pleasure to help! It's things like this that make you want to continue to support a business. When my car goes in for service, Joy picks it up and the service department will call and verify what I would like done and ask if I have any problems or questions! They are wonderful! Rental to the public! After being misled by Enterprise car rental in Enterprise, I was delighted that Mitcgell Nissan sent their shuttle to pick us up. Within minutes the paperwork was done, and we were all set. Kala Brown was super kind and helpful. Better prices and better terms. Just better! Highly recommend Mitchell Nissan!

The staff at Mitchell Nissan was very helpful. They had exactly what I wanted. Worked with me to accomplish getting a beautiful car with lots of extras. As a single mom, they did not make me feel inferior as a woman. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Mr. Joe Freeman assisted me in finding something that was suitable for my long daily commutes as well as pricing and style! It was unexpected for me to have to get a new car so I was very stressed and he was super helpful in making sure I got everything I needed and answered all of my questions and was patient with me. "Never disappoints" describes our current and previous experiences with service at Mitchell Nissan. Professional, capable, and courteous staff are always excellent and perform their duties well. In addition, the waiting area is very clean and comfortable (including the restrooms!). This was a routine service for our Rogue but we had a surprise issue with our Murano a month ago that was handled with great expertise and kindness.

Ted was great! He and the rest of the team involved made my experience wonderful. There was no stress at all. Everyone put in the work to close my deal. I'm very excited and I LOVE my ride! Thanks to everyone at Mitchell Nissan 😁.

I was very pleased with the my salesman John Edwards! He was very nice and patient with me showing me the vehicles that I was interested in as well as all the different features the cars had to offer!

Mitchell Nissan could not have made buying a car any easier. John Edwards was thorough and quick to respond and answer all my questions. He did not waste my time trying to sell me anything other than the vehicle I was interested in which I really appreciated. John was able to give me an estimate quickly for my trade in that worked out and was a big part of why I bought my vehicle there. Shawn Holland was also extremely helpful and worked with me to make sure I stayed as close as possible to my planned budget. I drove over from Mobile and John and Shawn had the vehicle and all paperwork ready and waiting. I still can’t believe how efficient everyone was at Mitchell. They all had the goal to make it go as smoothly as possible and it did.

During our visit at Nissan we were welcomed by TY Wallace who helped me find the perfect Frontier and a good deal. He explained everything to me and even more I am extremely happy with my FIRST ever brand new truck and for having such a knowledgeable salesman! I even brought him lunch the next day lol
