Paul made this incredible bolo tie with my resin scorpion. It was so fun to collaborate with a master craftsman. He made this in just two days knowing I had to return to Fort Worth.

Please ignore the others reviewer's review, I looked into her history and she has had a past of lying in reviews... This is the best rock shop I have ever been to, great selection, friendly staff, low prices. The man that helped was very knowledgeable about all of the minerals and clearly really cared about his business. If you're visiting Marfa, or driving through, I definitely suggest stopping by.

I met with the shop owner on my visit, and he was extremely helpful in finding the rough minerals I was looking for.

The selection is surprisingly decent, and the crates of local agate he keeps outside are definitely worth digging through! Some of the most spectacular agate I've cut came from those crates!

Once I had chosen enough agate to fill a bucket, I asked about spectrolite, African amethyst, chrysocolla, and malachite. He brought out some beautiful uncut minerals to choose from, and they have all polished up beautifully. I've already sold most of the material I found there at a good profit.

If you know what you're looking for, this place is a treasure trove! I will definitely be back!

This is a great rock shop that has tons of West Texas agate and specimens from all over. You can get polished display pieces here or rough material to tumble or cut on your own. I could spend hours here.

Clearly Moonlight has early pickings of crystals from nearby quarries. But even more exciting are the unique and rare rocks from across the planet. One of a kind crystals are everywhere in this small shop. I will be returning for a lace agate slice from Africa asap!

I bought 3 crystals from the local area!! I usually won’t buy crystals unless it’s something found in the area because it’s more special. The owner gave me a deal because I bought a few. He also was making jewelry as I was perusing the gems.

Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. This place is a must stop for those who are looking for unique gifts and keepsakes. Reasonable prices as well. Great place.
