I am extremely impressed with the customer service at Sam Boswell Honda. We purchased a used Honda Accord from a friend for our daughter’s 16th birthday. I brought it to the service department to have it inspected. The service manager Jamie Uhlir was unbelievably accommodating and personable. She even went above and beyond by having the car detailed for free because a part took longer to be delivered than expected. Tyler Tucker was our mechanic, and he caught a significant problem with the car. He was thorough and got the work done in a timely manner. They knew we needed the work completed before her surprise birthday party and they made us a priority. I will continue to use them for all of our maintenance needs. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I and my husband did not feel pressured or stressed speaking with her and getting a feel for the car. Parker was extremely helpful in assisting my son and I make a purchase today on a Subaru Impreza. He gave me good information via text/email as I requested in the days before which helped me make the decision to travel 3.5 hours to the dealership. I have recently taken off work to go to other dealerships just as far to only find I was given bad info and wasted my time. Parker was informative and what he did not know, he was quick to find out. Everything he told me was completely accurate and we made the purchase. His honesty (and offering us snacks and drinks after our almost 300 miles trip) is greatly appreciated as my days off are few and far between.
