Dunkin'

Had to delete old review.
I have been coming to this Dunkin since they opened.
Over the last 6 months, the place has improved so much. The food is great, and the young man who prepares my food every Sunday never complains when I ask for my food to stay in the oven a little extra longer.
I do not eat the donuts so I can't give a review on those.
The drinks are always amazing. Everyday, I look forward to my drinks. Yes drinks, because I stop by sometimes 2 or 3x a day.
There is ever rarely a mess up and when there is, it is small and they catch it before I receive my drinks.
The staff is wonderful. Best working crew in a restaurant/food environment I have ever seen. Very polite, even when they are short staffed sometimes. I come all different times of the day and each person greets me coming in and says a farewell when leaving.
I applaud the changes they have made, and I hope the staff keeps up the good work.** I hope this company really takes time to recognize their staff in this location.***

This dunkin is the best!!! The employees are always nice and working hard to get orders done as fast as possible me and my mom drink dunkin at least 3 times a week and they have only ever messed up my order once and it was a new hire and they apologized and fixed it right away no problem! Me and my mom were in Troy and normally we do mobile orders and I accidentally ordered to the one in enterprise bc it’s our favorite and the manager did all she could to help us get a refund and was very patient with us! I definitely recommend this dunkin they are amazing!!!!

Great customer service! Friendly! I came in this morning and the food was great! The 2 bacon egg and cheese croissants , The large frozen coffee with the hazelnut and Carmel and whip cream and the ice vanilla ice coffee. Mann it was on point...

8/14- After having bad experience earlier at one on Troy and needing a coffee while traveling, decided to try this one. I was greeted when I pulled up very nice and professional, my coffee was perfect, bagel and cream cheese hot and fresh. I wish I got the employee name, it was around 8-9am. She was the sweetest, best customer service and made my day better. Def recommend this location. To the employee working that day and time drive-thru you were amazing, keep it up and thank you!

Staff is always kind and efficient, orders always come out correct, and ordering on the app makes a stop at this location very fast and easy.

The matcha tea iced and hot is amazing. Always good and healthy. Love Dunkin.

I usually use the drive through and the personell on duty are always very friendly and helpful

The coffee was great. The child's "coffee" is great for when they want what you have. Awesome idea on the "child's coffee.

5 stars 100% the server was very professional bubbly personality..the grilled cheese was very filling and delicious!! My coffee was wonderful!! Great for a lil meet up!!

I've been to this Dunkin Donuts several times and have had no problems. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the donuts are always delicious. The location is good and the store is well-maintained and clean.

Always courteous and understanding if people are waiting a bit too long for their order. This is the second time I've received free donuts due to a wait.

They were also concise in case they felt they got the order incorrect. Overall just kind people.

Enterprise Dunkin, is my favorite of the Dunkin restaurants. Their employees have always been friendly and eager to get your order.

We went for a evening coffee and Brooke was very friendly to us and so kind to our daughter. Employees like this they need to not let go of! We will definitely we back!

The lady working this evening was absolutely amazing. She was kind, uplifting, and she really left an impact on me. After talking she informed me she was the only one working the whole day running the whole place by herself. She had such a great attitude about it and didn't let it get her down. This woman deserves a raise and so much more in life. I truly am blessed I came across her and her encouraging words that I really needed to hear!

Great tasting coffees here.

No longer offering veggie egg whites!!!!! But they said they are getting a new supplier so I look forward to seeing what they bring. Service has gone from 1 to 10. The long lines and long waits are gone. Warm did, not burnt out cold. Fantastic drinks.
