YOM is so clearly a labor of love. The owner Stephany has poured herself into creating an accessible, challenging environment for yogis at every level. The instructors are all diverse and wonderful. I loved Jett’s Sunday night restorative, Pam’s unique Tuesday morning flow, Stephany’s 5am burners, and any class of Rose’s I could make! I can’t recommend YOM strongly enough. Lovely studio and even more lovely people. Thanks for lots of beautiful memories.

I love Yoga On Main. From the second I set foot in this studio I felt at home, it’s so quaint and private. Each teacher has a unique style and something new to offer everyone. Yoga On Main’s classes are the most diverse in town and I am lucky to be apart of this mindfully growing business.

I would definitely recommend Yoga on Main to anyone who wants to try yoga for the first time or who is advanced. The yoga instructors are very knowledgeable and Hands-On the studio is clean and beautiful.

I’m interested in getting into yoga, I’ve been here 3 times because the first time was amazing. The booking says “beginner friendly” for each class and booking. This isn’t true the high speed yoga moves and movements are not beginner friendly. I found myself overwhelmed not able to keep up. As well as no help with posture or movements. I ended up leaving 20 minutes before the class was over because it just wasn’t enjoyable. My advice don’t add beginners into classes with advanced level students we definitely don’t get the attention we need.
