Medical Center Enterprise

It was 4:30 in the afternoon; regular registration was already closed for the day. Thankfully, I only had to wait for one other patient registration that had just begun upon my arrival to the ER.
My experience was for a scan that had just been ordered. I wasn’t on a prearranged schedule; my physician’s office had already called to notify I was on the way. The Ultra Sound technician was gracious enough to wait for me as she closed at 5:00. By the time I left ER, it was so close to the hour, and I was concerned that my trip may have been in vain. This precious lady had stayed and waited for me. I wasn’t feeling well at all as she scanned and she couldn’t have been any kinder, soft spoken or reassuring. She even helped me dress when we were done.
I told her as I left, that God put her there at that moment, and on that day, for me.
Thank you; how I wish I could recall her name. Whomever was working on Thursday, April 18th…..in the ultra sound dept in Radiology, please find her and thank her for representing Medical Center Enterprise so well.

My Mother in law had a Cancer removed on Monday the 22nd. All the Staff for pre-op and post-op did a great job, very professional and kind. She is 95 years old and they handled with great patients and care. Thank you very much. I give them all a perfect 10.

We recently had to visit the Emergency Room with our youngest son. We happened to arrive during a surge (ER was packed) and shift change. As chaotic as it should have been or appeared, it was the smoothest and quickest experience we have ever had.
It started when we entered the ER Lobby. We were greeted by registration. Alissa was very quick and kind in getting him registered to be cared for.
As we waited in the lobby to be triaged, we were greeted by the Security Team. They checked on our Little Man and talked to him for a bit. They made him feel very special and important. Thank you very much for that: Ben, Nick, Jamal, and Tyler!
Kayla was our Triage nurse and she was so gentle when addressing his wound and making sure that even, at 3 years old, he understood everything she was doing to him and how he may react. Even as we were leaving from discharge, she stepped out to check on him one last time to make sure he was okay. That meant a lot to him and us!
Dr. Ramsey brought a calmness when he entered the room. He sat beside him and talked directly to him, which made our son feel very grown up. He was clear in his treatment plan and explained in detail what needed to be done. He answered any and all questions we had and set us, as parents, at ease.
Cassie was our wonderful nurse who help close up our son’s wound. She was also gentle and sweet to him. Talked to him through what she was doing. She also gave us our discharge orders and explained in detail what we needed to do.
When we were ready to leave he was so happy and wanted to show off his Band-Aid to all the staff. He made sure to tell everyone he saw on the way out, “I did Great! I stayed so still!”
As much as I appreciate how quickly he was seen and treated, I really cannot express how thankful I am for How He was treated and cared for. They spoke directly to Him, explained each medicine, ointment, and treatment to him, and made him feel so important and grown! That goes a long way for a little child who is hurt and unaware of what is about to happen to them.
Caring for a patient begins from the moment they choose to enter the building and after they leave it. It involves every, single employee that works within those walls to ensure that they receive the upmost care and compassion. We are grateful we were able to experience that for ourselves first-hand. Thank you to ALL the Employees who partook in our son’s treatment!

My experience was excellent. I was treated with the upmost respect. The nurses was so nice and take good care of me. From time I arrived I was treated very kindly. I would recommend anyone to the hospital. Good hospital that takes excellent care of they patients .

Nursing staff on 4th floor took excellent care of my mother. They went above and beyond looking out for her best interest. The Physician (Dr Wheat) and NP were kind, caring, and explained the plan of care for her and the goals they planned to help her attain. Our experience was much improved over the one we had in 2021. Would definitely recommend

I was very satisfied with the service. Everyone was very friendly, concerned and caring. The facility was very clean and relaxing. Everyone was very professional. I was very pleased and happy with the care I received. The nurses and doctors were just amazing. I highly recommend this hospital and Dr pollards office for soon to be mamas.

was great. I drove thru flood to get there medical
attention. Wait time 3 minutes. Moved to room
412 for observation. Stayed 2 days. I felt safe. Will go back there

I attended a Total Joint Program here a few weeks prior to my scheduled knee replacement surgery. The presentation was interesting and organized well. All questions were answered and I feel well prepared for my surgery and overnight stay. This team represented the hospital well.

Everything was handled on a timely manner. We were well informed of the time frame involved. Staff was very friendly & curtious, great group of people in the radiology area.

Like before, the care was exceptional! It was fast, efficient, & not fussy at all! My Image Tech was as precious as can be! Love her! Also thank you Sweet Sara for staying on me about getting my breast exam done! Your relentless kind spirit is why I got myself in, & got my very important annual breast exam! You are an Angel!

I had such a wonderful experience at MCE that I just had to share! I had my first baby there last week and the whole experience was wonderful, everything from sign in, Labor and Delivery, Nursery, Postpartum, Lactation Consultation, Anesthesia, EVS, and Kitchen staff! Everyone was so kind and welcoming and genuinely wanted to be there to care for you, the staff made it feel like you were part of their family and that is really not something you come by often! I want to give a huge shout out to my labor nurse Ashley, she was top notch and I couldn't have done it without her, she is very knowledgeable and will go out of her way to make sure you're taken care of! I couldn't have asked for a better team of people to help take care of my little family and me! Thank you so much!

From check in on Wednesday morning to surgery the next day was amazing! I wished I knew everyone by name but they were awesome. Doctor James Pollard and crew is the best 👌

Quickest doc visit I've ever had (in a good way)! Appt was at 2:45 with arrival time at 2:15. I was walking back to my car by 2:30.

Had a great experience at the Medical Center Enterprise. The facility had a friendly atmosphere with attentive staff. I arrived late in the evening and was immediately triaged, provided a diagnosis and meds, with instructions to follow up with my PCM. Dr. Ramsay was extremely kind, as I was in considerable pain - he didn’t rush me, but allowed me the time to speak and explain what I was feeling. Thank you all for your kindness!!

I went for a MRI. The staff was Great!! Took time to explain everything even to about how long it would take. I'm in there about 1 and 1/2 hours. They checked on me during that time and told me about how much longer I would be in the machine. I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a MRI!!
