Ivy Creek Urgent Care of Enterprise

Today my experience in ivy creek is very good the medical assistant that took care of me and Sean me for all viruses was very nice and gentle she truly knows what’s she’s doing.i did not got her name but she’s very awesome person very calm,I really appreciate her and others.thank you.

This urgent care is great, I have no idea why it’s rated so low. We have been there multiple times in the past year, never had a long wait, and were always treated well by staff.

Friendly, got me right in, got treatment,would recommend to family and friends. Been there 2 times myself and both times were good experiences!

I and my husband have both been to this facility a few times over the years. We've been treated very well and my husband's foot was saved from a poisonous spider bite back in 2017. Yesterday I was seen by Samantha. She was fantastic on information and recommendations showing great concern for my health. Over all the entire staff was very pleasant. The lady with the beautiful necklace with her grandchildrens photos did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable from the start. I received 2 injections by a young lady in training and I didn't hardly feel them going in. We need more people like this in the medical field.

Ended up coming here because the dale county health department didn’t take me seriously. Everyone was so kind and I felt they truly cared. Ended up getting the best care I’ve had in a while and felt very comfortable there. Great pricing and will recommend this place to anyone that needs anything. The doctor actually sat and helped me find a pharmacy that would be the cheapest for me to get my medication I needed. Loved the staff and they were amazing.

I was injured in Montgomery on 6/15 in Montgomery but could not make it back home to Enterprise until after normal "Business Hours". Being aware that even if I had went to the ER I knew that it would lead up to a follow up with Orthopedics. The only difference is Medical Center Enterprise can get you in directly and there is a direct set up to share X-rays, images, reports, etc... being on a fixed income I decided to by-pass the expensive ER visit and opted to visit Ivy Creek Urgent Care.
John Campbell was understanding, pleasant and paid close attention to me from the time the Nurse came out and helped to get me from the car until the minute she helped back in the car.
Clean facility, great service and precious staff members. Highly recommend this Urgent Care Facility to everyone. This is not my first time using this facility. I have been here with my Son and Daughter. Always, prompt, courteous and compassionate office staff, techs, nurses, Dr's and Billing.
Also offers convenience of Bryan Pharmacy next door. I can see this office giving the few other Urgent Care Offices a run for their money.

Went here on a Saturday feeling pretty bad. Receptionist was friendly gave me my paper work. Wasn't a lot I had to fill out. There was no one there so I got taken back quickly. The Doctor was nice gave me a diagnosis and prescriptions and off I went. The nice thing was the next day they actually call to check on me and see how I was doing. I would go back again.

Ivey Creek’s front office employee and nurse were absolutely wonderful. They accommodated us arriving shortly before their close and tested my daughter for COVID after afc refused to test us (after afc had ensured us twice by phone that they would test and we drove an hour to get the test.)

My coworker highly recommended this place and I went there recently for flu-like symptoms. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the NP who saw me was very kind and knowledgeable. They got me in and out in a timely manner. I will be seeing them again and I will be telling people about them.

The entire staff was friendly, professional and efficient. The facility is clean. The knowledge, compassion and time devoted by Stephanie CRNP was comforting and reassuring; her bedside manner is wonderful. If the need arises in the future, I will certainly use their services again.

Stopped in feeling pretty bad was seen very quickly was given a few shots and a Z PAC after a strep and flu test which were negative ,thank God. Feeling much better today and they even called and checked on me at home a few days later. Would definitely go back again if needed. Thank you Ivy Creek

Very thorough and attentive staff. They make you feel as if you are at home. The NP’s take in to account all options when deciding the right course of action for proper healing. Treatment based on patient need. Would highly recommend this facility.

I have been using Ivy Creek since they opened and I have always been treated very nicely. The staff is always caring and respectful. Their facility is very clean. I would recommend this Urgent Care facility to anyone.

Wonderful, fast service, Everyone was so friendly and everything went quick and smooth and was able to get the best care and service I needed, I had the best staff, It wasnt busy at all so easy in and out, They tested for everything which was great not just for what I thought I had, I definetely recommend if you want fast and wonderful care, They are very thorough and care for their patients, Best urgent care around, will definetely go back if I ever feel sick or unwell again.

Jennifer Goza, quite a snobby post, matches your personality spot on. I on the other hand had a wonderful experience here, and was in and out in 30 minutes, give or take a few. Nice work guys keep up the good work, and don't let them drama hags get ya down.

Jason Richard is one of the best nurse practitioners I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is thorough and takes time to do the research on symptoms and diagnosing them appropriately.

Went in for a DOT physical. Staff was friendly and helpful. Got me in and out quickly. Price was reasonable. I reccomend this place for the DOT part.
