This has been one of the best urgent care experiences of my life! From the time you walk in, the staff, nurses, and doctors are attentive and friendly. I was able to get in and out, including X-rays, in an hour. I have never had such personable, nurses and doctors. They seemed the truly care about the patients and treating every need.

My son needed one immunization to be enrolled in college. I had taken him to two other clinics, but were told they did not offer the immunization. After being frustrated, I went to AFC and they were more than willing to help us. Our experience was very positive! From the moment we arrived the ladies were very friendly and caring!

Recommended! It may have been the most uncomplicated and non-stressful urgent medical I’ve been through. I not only feel physically better but emotionally. The front desk specialist was super welcoming, helpful and efficient, the Nurse Practitioner was knowledgeable and empathetic, and the technician was polite, overly accommodating and professional.

I really appreciated how quick the visit was. I had to bring my daughter in to check for a uti, and had to bring my other two littles too. It's hard to keep them all occupied and happy past 30 minutes. I think the whole visit including waiting was less than an hour.

All the staff was Excellent. I felt very welcomed and cared about. Dr. Jason Richard listened to me and made me feel heard. He explained how the medicine would work so I would know what to expect. He asked if I had any questions and said if you need anything just call us.

I can’t say anything about there service, as seeing the doctor wise because am here with my cousin but as green lover, i love anything that is green. There florist and building is pretty nice and definitely we’ll come back and do a review of there services. Hopefully it isn’t anytime soon!!!!!

Very clean place and great customer service from staff! Felt very comfortable with everyone that o dealt with during my service! Didn’t take long either especially when you’re in pain. I’d definitely go back and tell a friend.

The care was excellent. The nurses were kind and very professional Jason Richard was very understanding even with me having my cough for so long. I appreciate them.

Very helpful sign in and helping out with the paper work getting it together so my grand daugther could see the doctor. When getting to the the nurses was very friendly . Everyone made us felt comfy . We had no problem with the nurses or the doctor. They did a great job!!!

I looooove AFC! Everyone today was so helpful and kind and got my son seen quickly. Dr Collins is a Godsend!!! She is literally the best and I’m so thankful our community has her to take care of us all!

All the staff were super nice to me and made me feel welcome. I have been to this clinic several times. Every experience has been positive. Wait times are really reasonable too.

I needed a fast turn on a physical for Basic Med flight physical. These are fairly new developments and a lot of folks don't understand them yet. This office had never done one before. However, the front desk, manager and lead physician figured it all out and I was completely done by the end of the day. That was a great effort from this clinic and speaks very highly of the team.

On a very busy day, staff was working fast and efficiently to care for numerous patients. Registration was simple and once seen, additional tests with results was quite rapid, considering huge volume of patients. Jason was friendly and did a great job explaining rationale for diagnosis and recommended treatment. Again, none if the staff appeared pushy or rushed, despite a constant flow of new patients coming in.

I've always had a good experience at AFC. I prefer going to AFC rather than going to Lyster because the staff always takes good care of me and my family. And I can be in and out of the clinic within an hour depending on wait times. I also feel grateful that the staff at AFC actually take the time to listen to my symptoms.

Without a doubt the last few months our household has been more sick than it ever has. My son has a great pediatrician but doesn’t always get sick during regular business hours. Dr. Collins has been a God send. She listens, has a great bedside manner, takes her time and she tries to look at the full picture. We’ve both been treated by her a couple times over the last few weeks/months and I truly feel better knowing she’s there. You have a true gem on this team!

The staff is so nice and Hailey Wilson is the best! She is compassionate, caring and very professional.She goes over everything in detail and is very knowledgeable in what she does.

I had a great experience with all staff and time being seen. They are all always very friendly and knowledgeable. All of the providers here are the best. Jason really listens and works with you on all options for treatment. He's helped me through some hard medical times. After over a decade of knee pain that no one would look into, i was able to get one of the physicians here (really wish i could remember her name but it was my first and only time i have seen her) to finally help me get an mri and i found out i have had a torn meniscus all of these years. I very highly recommend AFC. I have received better care here than I think I have ever had anywhere else.

My np was super thorough and very easy to talk to. She got right to the problem and helped me feel so much better. Also, the med tech (wears a Stitch character badge clip) was so sweet and also very knowledgeable taking the time to explain everything they were doing. I got right in and right out and couldn’t be happier with AFC

My service was great. The staff was quick to get me in and out. I highly recommend them for future visits.

Dr. Jason Richard's always treats us when we go there. His mannerisms are great and he really cares to get you better. My family and I always go to see him when we don't feel well. We consider him our family doctor.
