Chipotle Mexican Grill

Girl with the long black hair needs a huge raise, she runs the show! She never gives poor portion sizes, she’s pretty, kind and a hard worker. She always makes sure my experience is satisfactory. The other workers do an outstanding job keeping the place organized, clean, and try their hardest to keep everyone happy. I would ignore the overly dramatic and negative reviews, especially the strange lady taking pictures of employees. Shame on her!

This particular location has always been top notch. Food is fresh, service is fast and respectful, they always have grilled vegetables... many other locations have been out without plans to make any. I frequently dine here before heading into whole foods next door.

This chipotle has always been great and I have never had issues in the 11 years I’ve been a customer. Today was no exception, I ordered my usual, and per usual, I received a great burrito bowl like I always have at this location. Yes, the hours are not ideal and the way you place order is hit or miss, but what I’ve learned is if you order in the app, check your food before you leave, you will always be satisfied. If you’re not, reach out to chipotle customer service and they will always make it right. Props to chipotle for their hard work in these unprecedented times in the restaurant industry. Keep up the good work!

customer service is always the best and food is hot and fresh🤭🤭 i’ve seen these workers and they work their butts off just to keep this place up and running especially now a days with low staffing and working at a busy location

Had good experience with service received from them. During peak hours there will be long queue so plan it accordingly. They manage queue very quickly by having separate service, billing member.

ordered online and my burrito was smaller than my palm, went in and said something and the dude working completely understood my frustration and remade me a burrito. location is hit or miss but the customer service never fails

Mike is the best worker at a Chipotle EVER!!! He made sure everything was perfect!! What a amazing worker! Seriously best worker ever!!!! Without him this store fails!!!! The rest of the workers there are rude lazy and have a don't care attitude! Mike carries this store!!!!

I had a large catering order on Mother's day scheduled for 3pm. To my surprise I walked up around 3pm and it was locked with a closed sign in the door. Someone inside saw me and opened the door letting me know my order was ready. I asked when they closed they said 1:30pm. I felt bad they were waiting that long for me but I was very thankful! The staff was friendly and the food was hot, fresh and delicious! Whoever that crew was on Mothers day deserves praise. Thanks again!!!

Food was good, customer service was good. They work hella fast and were churning out orders very quickly. Kudos! They seem to get an incredible amount of mobile orders here.

Honestly they were really busy but the employees were efficient & took their time to get each order correct and gave very generous portions!

I always get great service. The people that work there are very cool. I've witnessed the managers deal with tough situations with courtesy and patience. They frequently have Chipotle Tabasco and that is a must for any burrito.

I rarely rate, but the previous review upset me a little. The people that work here are awesome. I go in all the time, and they remember my order. They are insanely nice, and friendly, and always happy to help me. Along with that, the food is awesome. As far as skimping goes? Ask for extra, they'll do it. I do every time, and every time I walk back out of there, with exactly what I was in the mood for and usually in a better mood thanks to the staff. In fact, I think I'll go now.

Great food, exactly as advertised!

Food is always delicious and staff is very friendly. I've been to other chipotle restaurants and this one by far has the freshest food and they don't mess up your order also. This one is my go to for chipotle.

Staff is always pleasant, great food ,I usually eat Chipotle a couple times a month, if you haven't tried try I would suggest you do, it's a healthier choice than fast food . Always delicious.

Always loved Chipotle, but now even more so. Been on Keto for 2 months, down 20lbs and I essentially eat Chipotle every day for lunch. Health options, quick checkout, can't really go wrong.
