Never had a problem getting answers to my questions and to top it all off I know that when I need to get something covered I am absolutely getting the best price available.

Most recently I needed a commercial building insured that I was taking back after a land contract default. The tenant was still in, but I was dubious if they had coverage and I needed my own coverage asap. Sandi and crew were able to get me coverage while the tenant is still there during the exit process, and that same coverage continues over to when the building becomes vacant.
