Joseph R. Yacisen, DO

I absolutely love Dr. Yacisen. He was the 3rd doctor I seen for my shoulder after a car accident and he nailed it on the head. When 2 other doctors said nothing was wrong he took a chance and went in surgically to find the problem. Low and behold there were 2 tears. Fixed my shoulder and finally 2 years after my accident I am starting to get some relief. Would recommend him 100%.

Treated very well, Dr Yacisen is very thorough and takes time to explain and answer questions. Entire staff is very courteous and helpful, I recommend him highly.

Waited 55 minutes past my appointment time for follow-up. I won't be back, this office is too busy and rushed for my taste, although the staff and Nicole, PA are very nice. Yacisen himself? Not so much...

Absolutely worst experience. Would never recommend this office!!! My original surgeon screwed things up and we had no answers. I then went and got a second opinion with this office and still absolutely no answers. I was basically a lab rat. Which okay I understand don’t know the issue try things. They diagnosed me with tendinitis and recommended I have yet another injection by them. This being the 3rd one in 2 months. I went to get injection and they wrongfully injected me. To which the pa who did injection apologized and let me know he was in a hurry and didn’t read my chart and gave me the wrong injection, to which he gave me the correct one following the wrong one. This has now caused me to lose my skin color and much other issues. He wanted to do an experimental surgery and cut tendons and ligaments without knowing my issue. I since have seen a 3rd opinion who found screws going through my tendon. In which I had to get removed and now am on surgeon number 5 who removed hardware who now won’t touch my arm because they believe I snapped a tendon so here I am searching for a HAND SPECIALIST SURGEON being number 6 and don’t know what the outcome will be at this point DO NOT GO HERE!!! I also had my charts printed off of my visits and they had many many wrongful things in my chart including the wrong arm!!

Dr says "when you find a cure for arthritis, let me know, because I want to be a billionaire!" I asked, "do I have bone cancer?" He answered " I don't know!," you need to go to a different Dr. If you want to know what's wrong with you." Then, they call and say you have an appointment tomorrow, I call back to leave cancel message. Next day, call with you missed your appt! I told them when I left the last time I was not coming back to be treated so badly, but they made an appt anyway. They only have their own agenda and billions of dollars at heart not an organized office, long message about them giving you drug refills, but they never answer...so don't try to cancel their appt. They claim they have phone system issues, I think it could be the staff...

His office used to be great about sending out medications, and getting a patient right in,,, but now, a patient has to call multiple times over to get medication refills, stuck waiting in the lobby long after their scheduled appointment time. I will never return to his offices
